The whole experience was great! I came here for my birthday & Ramon was AMAZING! He picked me up on time, he was very nice, he gave me multiple poses to choose from, he got me coconut water on the beach, I felt very safe on the boat. Everyone communicated very quickly. I would definitely do this again & recommend it to all my friends and family. I had so much fun. You have great workers here. My birthday felt so special with you guys!
This experience was fair. The photographer was late for the shoot, but friendly. My friends and I did not get the entire 30-minutes session as advertised and the drone took several pictures of the same pose. Yes, you get over 40 photos as advertised; however, it was only 7-8 photos plus a video. The photographer told us that the video would be edited for free; however, that was not true. If you want the video edited, it's counted as one of your five edited photos.
In my opinion, the experience was not worth the price we paid; therefore, I wouldn't recommend to any of my friends.
Everything was great. The communication and pick up was nice. We got the proofs within 24 hours. The only thing is I would like to do a review after the edits, to me that shows the true experience. But other than that. I was a great experience.
