Disappointed not what I expected

The tour guides were great the quads were dangerous and the area that they took us to was smelly and dirty I was expecting to ride through the beautiful Forest and see beautiful things it was very low budget tour. I was expecting a tour through a cigar Factory not a guy pressuring you to buy way overpriced cigars which I bought in town at. a very good price

First let me salute william and the booking office who efficiently handled a booking hiccup. They refunded us promptly, rebooked the excursion honoring all discounts, explained any delays in time , handed us off to our transportation team- caliente and his partner were cool, caring, and engaging! Bravo! What a great experience with hosea ( out ride guide ) and his team! These guys were patient, attentive, and professional. They were in tune with every detail of the ATV experience and accommodated us at every turn. Even the shared shopping experience at the cocoa and coffee shop was great! They weren't pushy but smooth sales persons. The route used was not high trafficked, making great for newbies. The other guides kept us safe going ahead and scouting potential dangers. Being people of color ourselves we appreciated fairness and equity. This tour company with viatour is official and reinforced my decision to continue to book excursions in this app. Pricing is commensurate with experience and is relatively affordable for all.
