The tour was worth it! Ever was our tour guide, he was knowledgeable and shared wisdom as well. I really enjoyed the history of the Incan ruins of Sacred Valley, and seeing the indigenous people of Chinero make dye and make their artisan crafts and clothing. This tour included alot for the cost, highly recommend. :)

Tour companies who deal with dishonesty

I booked a two-day Japanese guided tour from Cusco around the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, but they contacted me the night before the tour to tell me that they would have an English guided tour. When I asked him why, he said it was because there was no hope of a Japanese guide other than me. They told me that they would not be able to provide a Japanese guide unless there were at least two applicants, so when and by what means did you tell them? When I asked him, he replied that he should come to the office. It was very unpleasant to be told unilaterally that a Japanese guide would not be available the night before the tour which could not be cancelled. Naturally, we couldn't cancel, so we went on the tour. It was a trip to Machu Picchu on the second day. The detailed email of the tour said that we would be up early to see the sunrise in Machu Picchu, but on the second day we received an email saying that our guide would be there to pick us up at 8am. I sent an email to confirm that, and they replied that if you want to see the sunrise, go alone. One-sidedly communicate the day before without explaining in advance that a Japanese guide is not available. Add the sunrise in Machu Picchu, which you can't even do, to the tour guide. It is a very sloppy and dishonest tour company. It is not recommended to use this tour company. It was really unpleasant.
