The guides were amazing I got sick with altitude sickness and didn’t realize it and he made sure I got medical attention and oxygen. Took great pictures of all of us and were super friendly and helpful. The atv ride was gorgeous probably even better than the actual mountain. Only real compliant was the food was quite poor but eveything else was amazing

Adventurous day at rainbow mountain

Rogelio made the experience incredible and was very thoughtful in his desire to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed the day. The ATV and motorcycle rides to the top greatly enhanced our ability to enjoy rainbow mountain and the surrounding Andes.

Awesome end result but miserable trip

Awesome end result but miserable trip. I never saw in description that one way is 4 hours… the last on terrible dirt road winding up horrible switchback mountain road with no room to let oncoming traffic pass. The atv ride was fine for us as we have spent 30 years using them, but some of the group had zero experience on a narrow atv trail with potential for broken bones or death in many steep places. I would not be surprised in the future if they either ban atvs or require safer paths. And the goat path van route… We found out that a few weeks ago a van went over the dirt road and down the cliff with fatalities and injuries. I loved the view of the mountain but I would not go back if I knew then what I know now.

Thank You Timmy for taking your Time to write a review for us , Actually, the trip to arrive Untill the end of the Road to the Rainbow mountain its 3:30 hours, 2 Hours hightway and 1:30 hours throught dirt road, which its the path which 1000 visitors by day take the route to get to the rainbow Mountain. According The ATVs Experience, the tour its designed to easy arrive untill the mountain altought the path its short there isnt any cliffs , and the driving time its 15 minuted only and to everyone we highly recomend to go with our guides if they dont feel sure to do this, ATVs are adventure activity, like car if you are not sure to drive we will gladly drive you untill the mountain to make you enjoy the views of the Peruvian Landscapes. And in the future we also will be happy to have an highway untill this Beautifull Atraction , Thank you for everything !
