The Viagen agents were very supportive and punctual. They texted you to update status of the tour and the plan before the trip and standby for inquiries. In Sacred Valley, i was put in a main Spanish speaking group but Franco the guide translated everything in Eng, only to me. Bus is comfortable- small leg rooms but manageable. Instruction are clear where to go next. For MachuPiccu, I got a private tour (as I book only one month in advance). I decided to start at6am and I got MachuPiccu view without other tourists!
