HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Hassle free, clear communication, everything is taken care of for you. Pick up was on time, everyone was hospitable. My tour guide RoseMary was AMAZING. She took a billion photos and videos, helped with poses, every girls dream! So informative & knowledgeable. The meal was also amazing & I was lucky enough to have a beautiful view of the river at the restaurant.

Machu picchu Latin America tour agency is the best from start to finish, they took care of everything, very organized and easy to reach for some minor challenges . Everything went well and we went home with memories of a lifetime
The overall experience in Machu Pichu was great and our guide there was great. However, the way it was organized could have been way better: they kept a 6 hr gap in Aguas caliente which was unnecessary. We reached Macchu Picchu at 9am and were done by 11 am and our return train was booked for 6:10 pm which makes no sense. Also they never informed us how bad the roads are going from Cusco to Olloyatambo and it was 2 hrs (2.6 hrs for return) of extreme bumpy ride which is not the best feeling in higher elevation. They should have recommended taking the train entirely from Cusco rather than Olloyatambo.

The multi-hour gap in Aguas Calientes is usually designed to give travelers plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed lunch, explore the local artisan markets, or visit the hot springs without the fear of missing the strict train departure times. However, we understand that this felt like too much waiting time for your schedule, and we will certainly review our itinerary spacing to see how we can make it more efficient.
Regarding the journey between Cusco and Ollantaytambo, we always provide a private, comfortable vehicle for your family’s comfort. We feel terrible that the ride was uncomfortable for you due to the high altitude. Because these are public highways managed entirely by the Peruvian government, their bumpy condition is completely out of our control. We sincerely apologize that this part of the trip did not match the excellent experience you had at the citadel.

Top notch tour. I was picked up at my hotel and driven to the train station. The driver game me my tickets and I boarded the train. another person walked me to the bus terminal. My guide was waiting for me at the end of the bus ride and we started our tour of the majestic Machu Picchu.

This tour was organized as well as posted by other reviewers. Really appreciated the personal visit to our hotel the evening before the tour started by their associate to explain each step and deliver the various tickets we would need. Our guide at Machu Picchu was marvelous. Besides her knowledge of the site she took care to make sure our small group, seven people, were doing well during the walk. The age in our group ranged from 8 to 66 years old.
the whole program was very well managed with the operator reaching out quite a few days earlier to my arrival asking for a meeting. the representative met us a day before the trip and explained in detail the itinerary as also handed over the tickets. on the day of the trip we were meet promptly on time by all the representatives at various points. the guide Keke (if i remember the name right) was very good and did not hurry us, especially as i was under the weather and explained everything in detail. overall a very satisfying journey and worth the cost one pays for the same
A must see place Machu Picchu. The tour was well organised, all in time. The lunch was in excellent restaurant.
If you are short of time and do not want to stay overnight in Aquas Calientes this tour works well. The company is very professionally run with everything taken care of and wonderfully punctual. I was picked up in Cusco and delivered to Poroy station for the train trip. All the documentation was ready for me and everything explained. The agents at the other end were equally well-organized. Our guide, Edgar, was excellent - enthusiastic, knowledgeable with very good English. He was very thorough and did not rush us through the visit.
The meal proivided at the restaurant was very good. This tour is highly recommended.
Excellent!! It was the best decision I could make to go to Machu Picchu. All the time I was treated wonderfully, from being picked up on Airbnb to being returned to it. All the instructions to move were clear and at the same time, I was able to continue doing it on my own. They were only waiting for me in key locations to give me directions. If, like me, you love to travel alone, this is a must-see option.
