We arranged our transfer from Cusco airport to our hotel in the early hours of the morning. Even with a flight delay Edgar our driver was right where he was suppose to be.
He loaded our bags and got us on our way. The car was clean and modern. At the hotel Edgar buzzed the hotel door for us being after hours, unloaded our bags and shook our hands.
A perfect ending to a long travel day.

Driver waiting for us as we exited airport. Pleasant and courteous. Had us to our hotel in no time. Roads and driving an experience but felt safe.

The driver was on time, but the ride to the hotel included excessive speed, scary driving, and included a lot of honking. That seems to be the baseline of a lot of drivers/taxis in Peru, however after multiple plane rides and the elevation change, a smoother and safer ride would be appreciated.

A bit confusing upon arrival with there being so many taxis. Took a while to find them but they were very helpful via WhatsApp with making sure I found the person picking me up.

Pickup was perfect. Victor was waiting just outside arrivals with a sign with our name on it. He took us right to our hotel door. Traffic was busy and we were glad we didnt try to drive ourselves.

Very efficient service. Seems like they do high volume and have a queue of cars waiting (took about 3-4 mins after finding the sign with my name for them to call the next car over) so you wouldn’t have to worry if your flight is a bit late or early. Driver didn’t speak English but was friendly

Flawless transaction! Solo female traveler and felt very safe :) my driver was waiting right outside the Cusco airport with a sign with my name. Easy peasy! It might be a little bit more expensive than a uber, buuut I don't know how well regulated uber is compared to transfer companies - so I thought the security was worth the price!

We had to alter our pick up time because our flight was cancelled. I tried NUMEROUS times to contact the tour company (text and calling), and no one responded until well after we arrived. We waited an hour past our arrival time for someone to pick us up. As a form of compensation, they offered a ride back to the airport; and the person never showed up, again.

It was an easy pick up/ drop off. My guy had a sign with my name on it and it was easy to find. Whenever you land in Cuaco make sure to not answer to anyone that says your name out loud. They tend to get the names from the signs people hold and then guide you to your deiver and try to charge you for that. It is a scam. Just pick up your luggage and continue exiting, you will find your driver with your name in a sign waiting for you. Excellent service.

Got mini-scammed right off the bat. I was met at the luggage belt by a guy who called out my name and made me assume he was the driver. He carried my bags out to the carpark where the actual driver was holding my name sign. It seemed like they knew each other. He then quite aggressively asked me to tip him and that was when I realised he wasn’t honest and not even the driver. I don’t know why the actual driver with my name sign didn’t come in where the sign board would be visible to me.
Besides this, I did not receive confirmation up till the very last hours before the actual pickup, and only did so when I contacted Viator to confirm my pick up.
I chose this service because the reviews were good and I thought it would be convenient instead of trying to negotiate with a cab driver myself. But in the end this was not a pleasant experience.

These individuals are often independent operators at the airport who assist passengers with luggage, but they are not part of our team.
Our drivers are instructed to wait outside the terminal, where they will hold a sign with your name, ensuring clear identification. It’s possible that our driver may have asked this individual to help confirm your arrival to avoid any confusion. However, it is not our policy to have anyone approach you inside the terminal.
Regarding the tip, it is completely optional and not required, as you have already paid for the service. We strive to provide a smooth and comfortable experience, and I apologize if this interaction caused any frustration.
Additionally, I understand that there was some uncertainty regarding your booking confirmation, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay. We will certainly review our processes to ensure better communication in the future.

Excellent Communication. Even though Latam changed our flight number without A notification, and we were 45 minutes delayed, we had no problem, finding our driver and communicating with the tour operator. They were fantastic.

Booking process was very easy, I booked roughly 24 hrs before and had to change my drop off during the night and they messaged right away to confirm they have received the info. My driver was waiting for me when I got out, he was very helpful and pleasant. Would recommend for sure!

Dennis and his team were outstanding. Someone greeted me inside customs and cars waited for us after we collected our bags. Our accommodation was in Cuzco and had many steps to the house. His team moved our many, and large heavy bags efficiently and without hesitation. Their level of service was outstanding.
On departure day from Cuzco, we had to checkout in the morning and our flight was in the evening. I made arrangement with Dennis to hold our luggage and set a meeting place later that day for transfer to the airport. It went seamlessly. I wish I had more time in Cuzco so I could use more of their tour services. I look forward to a return trip and meeting up with Dennis and his team.
