Hi, my name is Cavicchi Oscar Michele. I booked a shared transfer with you from Heraklion Airport in Crete to the Mare Boutique Hotel in Georgiopulis. But when I arrived at pickup point No. 1B, the operators told me my name wasn't on the reservation. Hearing something like that, I got very worried because I asked myself, "What do I do now? Who will take me to my Mare Boutique Hotel in Georgiopulis?" But then another operator arrived and told me to wait. He started making phone calls, and at a certain point he told me my name was on the list, but that a different hotel was listed. But I told him that it was you at the Greek agency who wrote the wrong name, because I have proof in the screenshot that I'm sending you now, that I wrote the correct name, namely Mare Boutique Hotel in Georgiopulis, not another one called Beach Hotel. Everything that happened to me is very serious because it's your mistake that absolutely shouldn't be made with one of your clients. Then, thank God, everything was resolved for the best, and the driver told me that my hotel is very close to the other one. Then I'm letting you know that the driver left very late. I had booked the shared transfer at 11:30 PM, and now it's 1:24 AM. I'll be arriving at the hotel very late. This is absolutely not right. I'm not at all satisfied with your work. I'll be arriving at the Mare Boutique Hotel in Geogriopulis at 3:00 AM. This is absolutely not right, because I'm very disappointed. I await your response. Best regards. Cavicchi Oscar Michele
