A Great Gorge to Hike

The Imbros gorge is Really really beautiful. Maybe Samaria is great, but the beauty of it couldn't be much more than this place. Wonderful. If you're handicapped, or unsteady on your feet, obviously you can't do it,,but if you're at all fit, you can make it,,wear good hiking boots, and you likely won't turn an ankle. Bring sticks If you're over 62. This particular tour,,was ok,,provided safe transport,,accommodated our requests,,(we started an hour earlier to escape some afternoon heat, we took the private tour) They provided some history and accurate trail info. Criticism of the end of the trail,,unclear where to get picked up. Not a huge deal, we figured it out eventually, but if we were a little more exhausted, it would've been a pain. The trip to the seaside town afterwards was quite nice, brief and a perfect way to end the day. We didn't swim. Took 3.5 hrs to hike the gorge,,took aLOT of pictures. Would definitely recommend this memorable experience and would recommend this tour company as well. Great time
