Our guide, Akrivi, was amazing, her English was perfect, she was very knowledgeable, polite and eager to help throughout the tour. We had good communication about the pick up the day before the tour. The pick-up was on time!! The tour is so interesting and we learnt about the palace but also the history and mythology of Crete. We asked to be dropped off in the city after and this was no problem. We have no complaints, great experience, service and value.
