Great experience, superb memories

Great time on the sea and snorkelling. The captain and skipper were very very friendly. Our teenagers loved it too.

Simply exceptional! We booked our boat trip 27/07 for the end of our stay in Crete and we were not disappointed. George, our skipper, was wonderful, kind and attentive. He simply made our day! Many thanks to him! Last but not least, the whole experience was very well organized and lived up to the description! Thank you for this extraordinary memory!

Cruise to Dia Island

Our young skipper was delightful and spoke excellent English. We really enjoyed our cruise to Dia Island. The water where we snorkeled was a beautiful turquoise, and you could see to the bottom.

ME dijeron que era privado y no lo era. Recorrido agradable pero las personas no mucho. Hubieramos preferido cancelar quehaber ido con otras personas cuando nos dijeron que era privado.

Your client gave you a job to do and you literally screwed it up like a cheap professional I want to inform you that you are a travel agency that you stole the money from your client.We never mentioned to you that it is a private tour because you book a tour directly from VIATOR . You , in order to get the biggest commission from the customers, thought it good to make fun of them and keep the money, you stole them. It makes sense when the reservation you made is for a semi-private tour,( the description on the viator website is clear), that there are other passengers on the tour besides your client. If you would like a private excursion,for your client it was available and you could choose it for an extra fee. But it is not possible to pay semi-private and have the requirement to be alone on the boat. Anyway, the main thing when you make a reservation is to know exactly what you want for an excursion. You unfortunately did not know what you booked because you redeemed rather casually without seeing the description of the excursion and we are certainly not responsible for that. Please be careful because all you do when you act like this is inconvenience us and create problems for the tour and other passengers. You are certainly strict in your review, even though your client told us that they had a great time excursion. it's a pity for the effort, we made for your client.
