Unfortunately this review is about the booking and not to actual experience which was very good . Don’t sell tickets when there isn’t any available 😡
We turned up as a family of 4 to get the 10.40 boat only to find it it was fully booked . Two hours in the blazing heat with two kids not acceptable. We did get On the next available boat but this made it a very long day with two tired kids .

The time should be adiquated. The boarding would be better arranged.

Paysage fantastique vraiment top on peut s éloigner du monde et se trouver un morceau de plage tranquille par contre il est écrit dans le descriptif avec groupe de 15 personnes max or on embarque dans un ferry ou il y a au moins 500 personnes

La beauté du site par contre trop juste en temps ....un peu la course et trop nombreux pressés sur ce gros bateau aurait préféré une bateau a taille humaine

Dommage nous n'avons pas été informé que le site de balos n'était accessible aux bateaux que 1 jour sur 2 on a pu accéder au site de gramvoussa heureusement car après on est resté 2h sur le bateau avec une vision de balos de loin très décevant

Découverte de Gramvoussa plutôt sympa , la suite de l expérience à été très décevante!
Nous avons juste aperçu le lagon de Balos de très loin sans pouvoir l approcher, même si l eau est très belle nager autour d un gros bateau ainsi n est pas franchement magique… conclusion : Excursion bien chère pour la qualité de la prestation !

Lorsque vous réservez pour profiter de la lagune de Balos mais la veille du départ on vous prévient que vous ne pouvez pas accoster c'est frustrant, et surtout pas du tout honnête. J'aurais préféré que la journée soit annulée et remboursée

Oui forcément il y a du monde, mais c'est un peu obligatoire vu la beauté et la distance de la plage.
Outre la foule sur la plage et sur le bateau, il est possible de passer une belle journée en s'éloignant des chemins battus et en marchant un peu on trouve toujours un petit coin vide et paradisiaque.
Attention à l'épave, n'y allez pas sans lunettes et masques et chaussures a cause des oursons. Une hollandaise s'est méchamment coupée le pied à cote de l'épave et a du être ramenée par l équipage du bateau, soyez prudents

Toller Ausflug! Reibungsloser Ablauf und tolle kulisse. Sind mit dem Mietwagen angereist und hatten auch kein Problem mit Parkplätzen

Die Bootstour hat trotz online-Tickets nicht stattgefunden.
Vorort wurde uns gesagt, dass das Boot voll sei und an diesem Tag aufgrund der Wetterlage nur ein Boot fahren würde.
Es wurde uns gesagt, dass wir gerne am nächsten Tag wieder kommen und dann die Tour machen können; Tickets für den nächsten Tag wurden nicht ausgehändigt. Alles ohne Garantie.
Ich habe mich an den Veranstalter gewandt und um Rückerstattung des Geldes gebeten. Bis jetzt noch keine Rückamtwort.
