We had an amazing time with this jet ski and city tour experience! From start to finish, everything was well organized and fun. The jet skis were in great condition, and Havier made sure we felt safe and confident before heading out on the water. Riding was a blast—fast, smooth, and exciting with great views the whole time. After the ride, the tour around town was just as enjoyable. Javier was friendly, knowledgeable, and showed us some really cool spots I wouldn’t have found on my own. He shared interesting facts and made the whole experience feel personal instead of rushed. What stood out most was how welcoming and professional he was. Havier took his time explaining things and made sure we were having a good time the entire trip.

Jest Ski and Snorkeling Excursion

We did the Jet Ski’s and Snorkeling. Javier B. was our guide and was very friendly, professional and had fun right along with us. The location for the snorkeling was very nice and clear for us to see the ocean sea life ( sting rays, eel, puffer fish, tiger fish, barracuda, clown fish, parrot fish, and coral). I would highly recommend Javier B. and this company for your Cozumel excursions.

We had an incredible time on the Wet & Wild Combo Experience by Jeep and Snorkel Tour, and the biggest reason was our guide, Javier. Out of all the excursions we did on our cruise, Javier was hands down the best tour guide we had! From the moment he picked us up in a clean, comfortable Jeep, he made us feel welcome. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, funny, and genuinely passionate about sharing his culture. He even took the time to teach my 11-year-old son a few words in the Mayan language, which made the experience even more memorable. Our first stops included a local market and a tequila tasting before heading to the beach for the jet skis. The only downside of the excursion was that the jet ski ride was only about 20 minutes, and the riding area was fairly small with a lot of boat and water traffic. Even so, it was still a lot of fun and we enjoyed every minute of it. The highlight of the day was definitely the guided snorkeling tour. Javier spent at least an hour snorkeling with us, making sure we were safe while pointing out all kinds of marine life. My son absolutely loved it! We saw six stingrays, several puffer fish, and many beautiful tropical fish. It was an unforgettable experience. After snorkeling, we relaxed at the beach and had lunch and drinks at the restaurant there. While the food and drinks weren’t included in the excursion, they were delicious and the beach was a great place to unwind before heading back. One thing that really stood out was how much Javier cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. He took photos of us throughout the day and even sent them to us afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch and allowed us to simply enjoy the moment without worrying about taking pictures ourselves. If you’re considering this excursion, I highly recommend it—but even more importantly, I hope you get Javier as your guide. His kindness, knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made this one of the best experiences of our entire cruise. Thank you, Javier, for giving our family memories we’ll never forget!

I've been to cozumel once...

I've been to cozumel once before on another cruise, we had an amazing experience but nothing compares to this port experience before. The water was absolutely stunning and the staff of the resorts we went to were all very nice. All together we had a blast but our tour guide Javier B made it an 100 out of ten. He treated us like family and made sure we enjoyed very bit of our stay, showing us around the waters while snorkeling and making jokes with us while we waited for our next activity. Highly recommend!

Incredible day- drove ourselves in a jeep (2 for family of 4)! 1st stop- snorkling, pool/hot tub to ourselves, delicious lunch of tacos or fajitas. 2nd stop- beach/jet ski (2 for family of 4). 3rd stop- photo op at other side of island/ local vendors. 4th stop- tequila factory and tasting. 5th stop- local grocery store (not on itinerary but guide was happy to accommodate!). Total of ~5 hours. Loved that it was just our family and tour was catered to our requests. We appreciated their flexibility with timing, our ship arrival was delayed until 11am and worked beautifully!! Great communication with tour company prior to tour. FIVE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to our tour guide Domingo!!!! He was awesome- very personable, knew everyone we needed to for an easy day. Highly recommend!!!

We had a jeep jet ski experience FOR 3 PEOPLE . Stated 30 minute jet ski and only gave us 20 minutes and on ONLY 2 jet skis. Very disappointed. Lunch was to be included but we added chips and guacamole and salsa and water and they charged us $50. Jet ski area was very small

Hello, according to our description, they gave you what we offer on our menu. We have always given you the food that we offer. As for the area, it is delimited for safety reasons. You cannot go beyond it for the safety of the participants due to boat traffic. As for the number of motorcycles, it is a machine for two people as described. This excursion was a great start to our cruise vacation. We met our tour guide, Daniel, in front of Al Chile restaurant which was a hot and sweaty 15 minute walk from the cruise port. Great personalized tour through the town. Our guide pointed out many points of interest and stopped throughout the drive for pictures. The SUV was air conditioned and we were given water throughout the day. Although the tequila tour was not requested, we stopped and were glad we did. The tequila tour guide was informative and passionate about their tequila. Needless to say, we left with a few bottles to take home. We continued on a drive around the island, stopping for more photos and a little shopping. We arrived at the Jet Ski rental resort and got our 30 minute adrenaline fix. A lot of fun and a refreshing time on the water. Lastly, we stopped at a restaurant nearby and lunched on an included prefix meal of fajitas, beans, rice, tortillas, chips, salsa, and guacamole. We washed it down with a big slushy margarita in a tall souvenir cup, a la Vegas style. Our tour guide was professional and full of information about Cozumel and it’s history. This excursion checks all the boxes. Highly recommend.

Santiago was fun and friendly, and gave us a lot of info about the sites. The lunch was amazing and we bought some beautiful ceramic items to bring back. The jetskiing was fun but very short time-wise. We were sent back to the beach after only 10 minutes and then told we could go back out because it was their error. When we came back in at the end of our actual time, one of the workers suggested we should tip them because they 'gave us extra time', which they did not. The San Francisco beach jetski place has been like this in the past. Everything else about this excursions was great. Santiago was excellent!!

Awesome overall experience! Santiago, our tour guide was expecting us right at the spot we were provided on the instructions. Our jeep was great and we started the tour in a tequila factory which shows you the reality of good tequila. After that it was a sightseeing tour on the rest of the island at our own pace. The tour ended with a beachfront lunch (literally 10 feet from the beach) and a 20 minute jetski run for 2. It’s one of the best tours I’ve had so far, especially with the private vibes.

This tour and our guide, Daniel, was amazing. Daniel was on time and gave a detailed explanation of the day’s activities. For the control freaks out there, you do have the option to drive. The day started with a tour of the island and some history. There were a few stops and points of interest but mainly driving along the coastline, until direction change. Next stop Tequila tour! AMAZING!!! Tequila is not just for shots. Who knew? Definitely a must. Safety precautions (temperature checking, masks and hand sanitizer) are required at any of the establishments along the tour. Jet Skis was not what I thought, but I’m a motorcycle rider. It is definitely not the same. The last leg was a stop at one of the beach clubs. Great food and beach area to cool off. Check it out Can’t go wrong with Daniel.
