FOR GUESTS STAYING IN A HOTEL: ● For guests staying in the Northern hotel zone or downtown of Cozumel, the meeting point is Playa Mia’s retail booth just in front of the SSA International Pier, at the Royal Village Shopping Mall. ● For guests staying in the Southern hotel zone of Cozumel, transfer service does not apply, as Playa Mia is close to these hotels. In this case, the meeting point is Playa Mia’s main entrance. FOR GUESTS ARRIVING TO COZUMEL VIA CRUISE SHIP: From Puerta Maya Pier You will need to show up at our meeting point at Royal Village shopping center. In order to find it, please walk outside the cruise terminal, once outside, facing the street and with the sea on your back walk to the left and look for the Hard Rock Café at this shopping center. From International Pier Walk outside the cruise terminal, in front of the pier you will find the Royal Village shopping center. Cross the street by the pedestrian crossing to find the Playa Mia booth at the mall's main entrance, just in front of the Hard Rock Café. From Punta Langosta Pier The meeting point is located inside the cruise terminal, in front of the Duty free store.

The driver and guide were fine but I expected more of a tour of the historical architecture and culture of the city than we received. The tour actually consisted of basically two stops, at a church and a "ruin", each located within areas with significant touristy options like shops, restaurants, etc providing opportunities for photos and everything. I guess I was just disappointed at the commercialism of the experience.

An inaccurate description was put on the viator app. We expected a pickup at the Cruise terminal. It did not. When we texted no on texted back in a timely matter and we ended up walking through the streets of Cozumel with an 89 year old, an 85 year old, and an 82 year old. They were frightened. And exhausted. Then we were late and missed the trolly. And both viator and the trolly company have refused to refund our money. I have a pic to prove the bad directions but it won't let me paste it here. I would think twice before looking through it viator again.

didn't get to go on tour because the cruise line changed the time to be back on board the MSC Grandiosa from 5 pm to 3:30 pm and lost $86

Poorly presented. Tour guide spoke in a very heavy Spanish accent and very difficult to understand. Listed as a 3 hour tour BUT 1/12 hours of downtime walking basically flea markets and trinkets and shirts. Not at all what was expected.

Beware basically this trolley takes you down the main strip then to a church. You park in front of the church while guide explains a little about it. You then get dropped off in the main outdoor shopping area where you have a choice of "chocolate tasting or tequila tasting ". Other choice is go around the main shopping for souvenirs and tourist crap. One full hour here and then off again down the main strip to the other port. Drove a few more down the strip to drop off by a small beach area but it was raining. We were going to stay there for 1/2 hour but chose not to. Basically we paid to ride in a shuttle. No fault to the gal that was tour guide she was trying to make a living but learned lesson hard way, research....research....and read reviews..!!!!! So beware if ya gonna do this. Just take a cab probably cheaper.

Staff were great but the overall experience was not what we expected. First 30 min spent sitting in traffic just to exit the port. Microphone did not work, heard nothing. Dropped off in a shopping area for an hour. They did take you to a store to taste tequila and chocolate. Once picked up the microphone had been repaired, however we drove to a beach area for more shopping and an over priced small restaurant. Would not recommend this tour unless you are looking for a ride to the shopping area, which by the way you can walk to on your own.

The tour was fun for the price. Not a ton of info from the guide, but he was friendly and made the tour fun. Most of the stops were different places to shop, the last of which was a tourist trap for unreasonably expensive tequila. Liked the tequila tasting and the chocolate tasting at said stop; we bought some (probably over-priced) chocolate and skipped the tequila. The trolley was nice and air conditioned and bottled water was offered to attendees of the tour.

The entire experience was good. Our guide, Fernanda, was very knowledgeable and informative. We stopped at the Corpus Christi church, tequila tasting, flea market and spice world. Our tour guide highlighted many points of interest along the way on our 3 hour tour. The trolley tour is a good value for the price.

All they do is take you to shopping areas. They travel up and down the main street stopping at different shops. They dont take you around town to see other sights.

Need to improve visiting place. Nothing exciting to see. A church, a temple?! Don’t care. Seems like Guide did not have much knowledge. Did a better place to go and did not see a beach at all. If some need to go don’t make reservations through website-instead there are so many tours after you board for less than half a price.

We were very excited that the trolley was super comfortable and air-conditioned. Stops were great. I was traveling with two granddaughters age 12 and 10 and they both loved it. Also, I travel with a Rollator and POC and they were extremely accommodating. Asael was a great guide with lots of stories and information and Francisco was a wonderful driver! We had a perfect day with them.

This was more than I expected. The bus was climate controlled and they made accommodations for seniors. Alejandro the guide was amazing! This guy remembered all of our names. He was respectful, courteous and informative. The driver Victor was nice and accommodating. Loved this and would book with them again.

Arrived by ship, they told us we had to turn left at pier, but they didn't know what pier we arrived at. Walked left a mile or so, realized we were going the wrong way. Then had to get a cab. Turns out we needed a cab both directions, which they didn't tell us.

This tour is a good introduction into the different areas of Cozumel along much history of the island.
Tour guide and driver are both very helpful and knowledgeable.
They provided several stops for us to get out and explore.

The tour guide she was great. We went to a church it was pretty. Then we went around the island and seen some of the landmarks. A good tour if you have older people in your group.

The tour was pretty much as advertised, but there really wasn't much to see. The worst part was that the tour guide's English was so poor that she was difficult to understand. To make matters even worse, she spoke very rapidly. I could understand less than 10% of what she said. My wife did a little better, but she still could not understand more than half of what the tour guide had to say.

Instructions for where to find drop off point were poor. Had to ask 4 different people to help. The tour description never spoke about shopping stops, we stopped twice. Once was for 40 minutes when 4 people were 20 minutes late nothing was said to them. The tour guide spoke such broken English most people could not understand most of what she said. I asked one question and she just smiled at me not having a clue as to what I just asked.

We booked this tour way ahead, but there were no seats for us when we were picked up. We had to sit on a wooden bench outside the main trolley. The fumes were terrible so we got off at the first stop & returned to the ship area. We should have been guaranteed seats by booking ahead. Very disappointed!

Alex was very engaging with us. He was very knowledgeable of the area and the tour. Our driver was very skilled. The most important and impressive thing was we had a guest not at the check in point at the ageeded upon time and they refused to leave her and launched a serious search for her. She was personally escorted back to the trolley. Outstanding!
