Interesting, but not memorable

The tour is well organized, the boat is fun and the island is beautiful. However, the place is not memorable. I mean, I have been to several other similar beaches in my life. So, for me, the tour is not worth it.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! when I booked this tour my voucher always stated that the start time was 10:00-10:30am. We took the 9am ferry from Playa Del Carmen and arrived in Cozymel at approx 9:40. When we got to Aqua Safari pier it was approx 9:50a. Asked some tour operators at the pier about my trip and they said the boat wasn't there yet - kept checking every few minutes and kept getting the same answer. Finally at 10:30 I messaged the tour operator that we are at the pier and never got an answer. Then learned that the tour operators that I was asking about the boat worked for another company. Called Viator to request a refund as it was not past 10:30 and figured the boat was not coming. Went to book another excursion near the pier and happened to mention to the operator what just happened to us... she knew the tour operator that handles our excursion and called her over. She had a photo of me at the pier at 10:05 after she says the boat already left. I have a screen shot of my voucher showing that it always said 10-10:30 start time. They are denying my refund. I will get my $400 back and never book with Viator again!
