This was a terrific experience! We booked a private tour and Jose (tío) was the greatest guide! He was knowledgeable and showed us a few island gems. He was so nice and responsible. I would absolutely visit again and ask for Jose!!!!!

Very Fun long day. Be aware you are only snorkeling 20 minutes. There is a lot of traveling. Have fun.

The weather was not conducive for the glass boat part of the trip but the driver, Hans, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout and made this an amazing experience. He was even helping our disabled son in and out of the car and over some of the more uneven terrain as I was assisting my wife. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone. Make sure to ask for Hans for the best experience

Minus stars due to not getting clear instructions & walking a long way with grandparents to find the tour guides. They need to let customers know color of shirts & where exactly. Altho we were early the driving tour was 5 seconds & we didn’t even know what we looked at. Then the “Otoch Mayan Village” park not a park & the show was literally 5 seconds. We spent most of more than an hour with chocolate & tequila tasting. Thank God we spoke up & got out of there to make it to beach atleast a few minutes! Tour sites are too far from each other to waste time. Best part was the clear boat tour we saw beautiful fish. However, our in-laws fell into boat & got hurt when the guide was taking photos. I highly suggest not posing ontop like they ask you to do, just sit inside it’s safer & just as beautiful! Lastly, thank you to Brandon & Claudio for helping us to learn, & enjoy most of the tour, upgrading cars & making it back to ship safely! Fix the buggies/seatbelts, follow a better schedule & you’ll be A+

Good morning,
We are very sorry about your experience and to be honest with you this is the very first time that we receive a complaint about meeting point as we answer by email specific meeting point instructions with picture attached. Your terminal was Punta Langosta and Starbucks is just literaly crossing the street or bridge in it´s case.
Claudio contacted me about taking you to another location instead of Otoch Theme park as you were with senior guests and didn´t wanted to walk. Your waiver is signed for this change and it was your choice. There is nothing we can do about distances as this is and island and Goverment has specificas a messure of sites for construction as a messure of preservation in order to keep our island not crowded and able to visit sites that are still natural and untouched .
We apologize for the inconvenience as we were not notified in the special requirements that youi were traveling with seniors.
Regarding the clearboat I was informed that this was an unfortunate without consequences accident that could have happend to anyone as floor is slippery and of course no one to blame about it. Sorry!
Thanks for your observations about the conditions of our cars I will personally check on them.

Darwin and lousie of envatours was amazing on our clear boat tour…
The time we spent with these two professionals on board will be a memory never forgotten. The service was very professional and fun. I would highly recommend this tour and request for the handsome Darwin who did a show for us and same time kept us safe. We ladies flew in from Hawaii and this was definitely the highlight of our trip. A little hiccup in purchasing pictures but it was resolved.
To all of those who read reviews. I’m telling you …. I highly recommend this glass bottom boat cruise. The entire boat allows a scenic surrounding of water wildlife to thus allowing to gain history of our sunken ships below. A majestic experience my overall score is a 10+. Thank you to Darwin and the capitan who ensured our safety throughput this adventure. We will be back we ladies promise.

Hans was absolutely amazing. We were not able to do the clear boat due to weather and Hans pivoted and came up with other options. He was friendly, personable, and truly became a friend of ours. Highly recommend him

We kind of got rained out so the trip was different than it should have been. Hans was our tour guide and he was excellent in trying to make the experience a good one. If you can skip the beach club, I would but do not miss out on the glass boat!! That was phenomenal. The beach club had nothing included in the price except for entry. Two drinks cost us $71 CAD and they have people walking around constantly bothering you to buy anything from sunglasses to prescription drugs. Not cool. The Mayan Experience was also excellent with tastings of honey, chocolate and Tequila you can’t go wrong! The choices of tequila were unexpected and I even bought a bottle of cinnamon tequila! They did a Mayan dance and then made us pork tacos. Very tasty!! We stopped at a few beaches on the ocean side of the island for pictures and shopping. We had to rebook the glass boat tour for Friday because the port had shutdown on our rainy day. It was very nice that they helped us rebook that portion of the day working around our schedule. As I said, Hans was excellent and Alejandra was very helpful with the rebooking.

We had an amazing experience in this trip! Our tour guide give us an exceptional service through the whole excursion his name is Claudio, next time you are in Cozumel ask for him, he took us to amazing places. The clear boat was the highlight of the excursion!

Claudio was an amazing tour guide! The glass bottom boat tour was the highlight, the water was so crystal clear!
The dune buggy’s are older and falling apart, but the tour was still a lot of fun and filled with adventure!

Oscar did a great job! He showed us around and made sure we stayed on schedule.

One of the buggies were in a very bad shape. They had to change to full size jeep. The food was very bad. They make you drive too far to go to a hut which doesnt offer any proper menu. The food was stale and dry.
Otoch Mayan is a fabricated venue.. There is an original Mayan village in Cozumel. Make sure to book a trip which has the original Mayan village in the itenerary.

Great excursion in Cozumel! Our guide Felipe was amazing - we met by the port and he had two cars for us and he guided one in front of us to shopping, the Aztec experience and tequila tasting, lunch by the beach, and to the boat center. He waiting until we were done with the clear boat and then dropped us back off by the port. This was a great bang for your buck and variety of fun excursions in Cozumel!

This was an amazing day and experience. Communication was very clear and prompt. Felipe was our tour guide and he was amazing. He made us feel like family and asked our preferences on certain activities. We never felt rushed. He answered our questions and had interesting local background to add to our trip. I would highly recommend this tour. It was well worth the money and then some.

Excelente experiencia!! Oscar el guía turista nos dió un excelente servicio. Muy amable y servicial. Pasamos un día maravilloso. Nos hubiera gustado hacer snorkeling en algún arrecife pero el tiempo es limitado al viajar en crucero.
La experiencia del bote de cristal la recomiendo 100%. El mar es hermoso.
