Not the best experience.
We purchased the all inclusive package and did not get our moneys worth.
Chairs are packed together. The staff treats people with all inclusive package much different than cash customers - you get small drinks will little alcohol and a reduced menu. They also do not provide the same service - it’s definitely clear they prefer the cash customers.
Chairs are not clean. Beach is packed with people selling stuff who ask you 10x over if you want to buy something. The massage advertised only 20 minutes then they ask for additional tip.
Beach is subpar. It’s roped off to prevent seaweed from entering but that also prevents you from being able to snorkel.
All in all, for how much we paid, we did not get the service expected. Would not recommend.

We had such a great time! Dayron was in communication with us the whole time all the way up until our trip with any questions we had. Jonathan met us outside of the port and made sure we were taken care of getting in our taxi before meeting us at the beach club. The service, food and beach were amazing. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone! We will be returning and booking with them again and again!

Very highly recommend. We were there Thursday, March 6. The food was delicious and our amigos, Esteban and Isreal, were super friendly and attentive and made sure we always had a drink. The beachside massage was perfect. This is a must go to for me anytime I ever go to Costa Maya.

They sure know how to make this an experience! Our waiters Esteban and Israel were very attentive and fun!! This is no fancy place but it’s perfect for a day of fun! No complaints other than the locals trying to seek to you all day but this is not affiliated with el faro!

We had an amazing time. Two awesome waiters Esteban and Eber took great care of us all day. Food was good and drinks were cold and refreshing. The beach was beautiful and the water was great for swimming and snorkeling. I would definitely recommend and return again. There was a little confusion about where I’d purchased and how much paid but that was quickly settled and we got to enjoying ourselves.
