Amazing Panda Tour with Amazing Guide

Firstly, I must recognize Ji, our guide, he was amazing and made the difference. I would expect most tours the Panda Base to be similar in what you do and see, but Ji made it very easy for us. We happened to go on a holiday, so the park was extremely crowded. We were able to see everything we wanted to see, go at a pace that worked for us as a family, get tons of great pictures. It is worth going into a bit of the overall experience with Ji. He first sent us a communication text after booking to give us an overview, gave us all the information we needed to prepare for the tour and be ready the morning of the tour, and promptly picked us up at our hotel at the indicated time. He had a comfortable/modern vehicle that comfortably fitted the four of us. As he visits the park numerous times each week, sometimes twice a day, he is familiar with the best paths and recommendations even on days it is very crowded. While I wish we visited on a less crowded day - because who wouldn't - the experience was so much fun to see and do that you weren't really bothered if you happen to go on a crowded day. The tickets were integrated with our passport, so we just had to scan our passports on entry for admittance to the park. Again Ji took care of everything. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a fabulous time visiting the Panda Base today. Li picked us up at our hotel, he was on time, the vehicle was comfortable and modern. Li got us the best positions to view the beautiful pandas, avoiding the crowds and was very informative of the pandas and how they live. What a wonderful experience we had and Li’s friendly and knowledgeable presence just made it for us. Li, if you see this, thank you for a great day, you were brilliant!

Ji, our guide, was excellent. He picked us up at our hotel on time. His English was excellent. He took care of us getting into the park. The trip was very enjoyable. We saw a lot of Pandas. Worth the time. A lot of walking.
