A great experience

A great experience, the local market was fun, interesting and we got to try and use a little Chinese language. Lance our guide was great from start to finish and took lots of fabulous pictures which meant we could get with our cookery class. Highly recommended this tour, one small little grip, the location of the cookery class was quite a distance and took us about an hour, better to tell clients in advance.

Wat een geweldige ervaring! Daarbij had ik het goed getroffen met Jerry! Wat een leuke gids was dat! Eerst gingen we de markt bezoeken. Geduldig legde hij alles uit wat ik wilde weten: (voor mij) onbekende groentes vertaalde hij, liet hij ruiken en waar kon proeven. Ook het proces van ongekleed vers vlees op de overdekte markt, dat niet gekoeld lag, maar waar ook geen vlieg bij te bekennen was! Zo relaxed! Zo ontspannen! Zo bijzonder! En dan moest het maken van de buns nog beginnen. Ook dit was in eenzelfde sfeer. Ik werd bij het hele proces betrokken en ook hier weer kon ik tussentijds foto’s en aantekeningen maken! We maakten een complete maaltijd en mijn zoon mocht komen meegenieten. Dit ga ik thuis ook zeker nog eens maken! Een bijzondere ervaring, op een schone, overzichtelijk keuken met een supervriendelijke gids! Een echte aanrader dus👊!
