This tour consists of three elements. A visit to a panda center, a visit to a monastery in the city center with a vegetarian meal and a preparation of some dishes with food bought at the market. Jerry was very enthusiastic and accommodating. The prepared dishes were interesting and allowed to explore some local cuisine. Jerry knows the vendors at the market, which makes visiting more enjoyable
