A nightmare - don't go

What a nightmare! First the pick up was late. Second, the boarding process was chaotic, third, the Baru beach offload and re-boarding was without a Jetty in rough waters directly onto the beach. I fell into the water without help from the crew. I have complained to Viator but heard nothing. The captain was arguing with passengers, and drove the boat at such a frantic pace we nearly turned over. He was completely disrespectful of the laws and passengers. I have a complaint filed with Cartagena Maritime commission. I expect my money to be returned. The lunchxwas a piece if dry chicken with rice and a small plastic cup of pineapple juice. A nightmare.
