Worst So Called Tour Company Ever!

Do not book this tour. The tour operator does not return messages, does not show up to pick you up, and does not communicate at all. And Viator is dragging their feet with my refund for this tour which i never went on. This tour operator is so bad they have not even returned the calls from Viator!! Never, never, never use this tour operator. I will be sharing a detailed review of exactly how bad this tour operator is and also the problems i have had with getting my money back on every travel website i use, and that is a lot. Worst experience ever!! Pretty sure Viator will never publish this but, it does not matter, i am starting a chargeback action with my credit card company on tomorrow 02/22/26.
