Cancelled my tour because of unforeseen circumstances notified yall and requested a full refund which was denied.. I will never recommend this tour or any service that is affiliated with you and I will tell everyone one I know not to use yall service in the future..

We would like to clarify that while we did receive notification of your cancellation, it was unfortunately within the 24-hour window of your scheduled tour. Cancelling 4 hours before the tour as is spelled out in the listing did not meet that threshold. As per our policy and Viator's guidelines, refunds for cancellations made within this timeframe are not guaranteed. We did attempt to reach out to you and did not get a more elaborate reason as to the reason for your cancellation, and was quite cryptic. We truly wanted to discuss the situation further and explore alternative options, including rescheduling your tour for a later date, but unfortunately, we were unable to connect to ger much feedback from you. We value transparency and fairness in all our interactions, and it's important for us to address any misunderstandings. Our leaders were 30 minutes late and 1 of the young ladies had a bit of an attitude, rushing us even though our group was on time, THEY were late.

Beautiful Chaos

Overall a great experience. There was something that happened behind the scenes that caused our hosts to be replaced at the last minute causing the evening to begin about 35 mins late. We met in front of the bar we were to end up at at 10pm (unbeknownst to us) but they were not ready for us yet which caused some tension. Unfortunately these misunderstandings created a lot of bad energy and division in our group that later dissipated. I can't say what the resolution should be. Perhaps some kind of discount, but I am not one to demand such things given I had a good time and we all were safe. Cheers to the girls for putting up with us under the circumstances. Would recommend this experience to friends, just be open to possible chaos.

I wouldn’t do if traveling solo

I requested an English speaker for the tour. My guide was Spanish speaking only. I wasn’t told until close to the start time. I’m flexible so I was okay making it work with translation apps. I ended up being the only one on the tour. Which is fine. We went to the first bar, waited out the rain, I met some people there who ended up going to the next bar with us. All of that I was okay with. What I didn’t like was that my tour guide left shortly after arriving to the second bar. We started early (first ones on the roof of the second bar) so I was under the impression that we’d be out all night. I booked this tour because I was traveling solo and felt like that was the safest way for me to enjoy a night out on the town. I was very disappointed with this service

Was in Cartagena for vacation. Booked this tour to see the night life. We met travelers from other countries and were able to connect and also go to a couple bars with one another when the tour ended. We visited some great bars and also a rooftop bar. I would definitely recommend this tour.

More Club Than Pub - If You Want Club Then Book on Airbnb Not Viator

We had a nice time with Sori and her and her friend went the extra mile to try to make us have fun. We like them both and had a great time with them. However, this is not a pub crawl. No dive bars or quaint hole in the walls. This is an intro to the most popular clubs / discotecas in Cartagena. It was difficult to have any conversation over the music and service at these clubs is always substandard so not many drinks were had. Also note - the Airbnb experience offers free drinks so we now feel a bit taken advantage of.

They truly put in lots of effort to make sure our guests get the best experience with the nightlife in Cartegena. Likewise, please keep in mind our tours are generally flexible depending on the night and depending on the type of crowd that books with us. We offer private and combined public groups depending on guest requests. Most importantly, your guides will generally read the crowd and also get input from you which was the case during your tour with the club versus pub tour. Regarding the service in Cartagena unfortunately it is an issue that is subjective comparing it to different parts of the world. However, we do the best we can to introduce our guests to unique spots so they will have a memorable experience while keeping safety in mind as well as getting value for the limited time in town. Please also keep in mind we are a small team that offers a lower cost and only offer one beer per person per location and occasionally will have promotions with local Bars/ Clubs for larger groups on this tour. Regardless they are both passionate about showing their city and want to offer premium service at low cost. We are sorry you feel taken advantage of, thus if you are ever in the area please let us know and we would be glad to offer you a free drink and a free tour on our tab. If I could give 10 stars I would. Our guide’s people skills were outstanding. She was engaging but knew when to allow our group to talk among ourselves. She knew the area well which allowed us to relax and enjoy the time together. The bars she selected were also outstanding. We do plan on visiting them all again before we leave. After the night came to an end she made sure we all made it safely to our Airbnb. We just couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
