Wonderful Experience!

Sergio was fantastic!! Communication was wonderful from the beginning so there was no confusion about meeting location, recommended outfits, or timeframe for the shoot. He made it easy for me to laugh throughout my shoot and guided me through poses. He even provided recommendations for locations to visit and restaurants when asked to make my stay more enjoyable! I will definitely recommend to friends who will be visiting Cartagena in the next few weeks!

My mom got all dressed up for her 70th birthday excited to do a birthday photoshoot. Not only did they not show up but they never responded to us. We booked two days in advanced, contacted them the night before - no answer. Reached out before the shoot and when we arrived- no answer. It’s 12 hours later and we still have not hear from them. Very disappointing, unreliable and unprofessional.

This situation is not something that usually occurs, and unfortunately we experienced unexpected communication issues that day. We manage a high volume of bookings, and at times the platform’s messaging system can be slow or unreliable. For this reason, we also provide a WhatsApp number for direct and immediate communication, which helps us respond more efficiently. Regrettably, we were unable to connect in time. We did try to reach out to reschedule the photo session, but we were not able to establish contact. We are genuinely sorry for the disappointment this caused and appreciate your understanding. Sergio gave us an amazing experience! American Airlines canceled our flight, so we were a day late, and running extremely late to the photohoot, and he accommodated with ease! These were supposed to be our engagement photos and they came out beautiful! He took us around the city, to native owned businesses, and the best ceviche ever! We had a wonderful time and are in love with our photos. Book with Sergio, you wil not regret it!

Sergio was my photographer and he is so nice, prompt on time and gives clear instructions for meet up location. He speaks Spanish and great English and is good at directing photos. It’s also a good way to see the city as well that I initially did not think about. The photos came back so fast before I could even leave Cartagena he had them published for me!!! They came out so good!! I’d definitely book him again for my next Cartagena photo session!!
