No English tour guide

The tour was all in Spanish no English. We could not understand anything they were saying even thou they advertised that the guide was bilingual. All also there was children on the bus wish I was not okay with. If it’s a party bus tour with alcohol there should not be any children there. The drive was very short and stops was at some random places.

Regarding whether there were children present, we don't have age limits; our other clients chose to bring their children, and we didn't prevent them from doing so. I was under the impression that the tour was gonna be in English but it wasn’t it was Spanish . I couldn’t understand anything and the entire playlist was in Spanish. I didn’t enjoy myself
