Had such a fun time on this party bus. It was the liveliest party bus, probably because it’s the least expensive one. You can bring your own beverages and dance on the bus. So worth every penny. They picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel. Great communication with the operator. Got off the I ❤️ Cartagena sign and took pictures. The music was 🔥 🔥 🔥. The best night in the city!!

When we first booked our trip, we experienced a booking issue, but a kind gentleman contacted me and helped us rebook our tickets for the next day. However, we encountered a problem when we couldn't find the bus, and Jesus, the contact person, was rude and hung up on our driver multiple times, who had arranged our transportation to the party bus, almost causing us to miss it again. After finally boarding the bus, Jesus, who didn't speak English, asked a passenger to ask us about our music preferences. We added some songs to his playlist, but he only played part of one song and ignored the others. Given that Colombia is predominantly Spanish-speaking, it's essential to remember that visitors from various backgrounds will continue to visit and support the local economy; thus, it's crucial to provide them with proper service.

We signed up for this tour, asked hours ahead for information because it was unclear and the guide was no help via message. Only responded with a ‘hey’ and vague message right before meeting time asking us where we were staying (which was sent after we were on route and out of service heading to one of the possible meeting spots). They didn’t respond with the address for the meeting points or any of the information requested. We tried to meet at one of the “meeting locations” - however the guide was not there. Several party buses tried calling around and walking around to find them and couldn’t. Another party bus just took us under their wing cause they felt bad that no one could find our guide either. Pretty disappointed, as I have used Viator for so many excursions and bookings across the world over the years and never encounter such bad miscommunication and unorganized tour. I truly hope they refund us, since we didn’t even get to go on the actual tour.

The bus was fun and exciting however the travel agent I booked with is very poorly managed. They were not tentative and kept me on standby for a simple reply. They did not have the starting location pinned to the description so I had no way of knowing where I should arrive at. I had to ask locals in the area to direct me to the right spot. I inquired hours before hand to make sure I was prepared but didn't get a response until like 30 minutes before the event. Very poor communication and I would recommend that you book this experience with another company that lays out a clear meet up location with an actual address.

Not as expected. Didn't go according to plan. At first things seemed fine, we were told where to meet and pick up time. We were the first ones. Then they drove to bocagrande and stopped on the side of the road. I assumed we were picking up people but no one got on and we were just sitting around. Then they went further down and stopped on the side of road again, one couple got on. This went on for literally an hour and a half. The ride was supposed to be from 8-9pm according to the description. The whole time no one communicated with us or explained what was happening and why we were just sitting around. Once there were a couple more people on they had us switch to another bus cause something was wrong with the first one I guess. And we still sat around doing nothing. Eventually, 1.5hrs in, we made it back to the starting point where we were picked up. At that point we figured we had wasted enough of our night and just got off the bus. Nothing is provided during the ride, no drinks, no water. You just have the street vendors reaching into the bus to sell you stuff. Disappointing to say the least.

We started off great. They contacted us to confirm pick up and were on time to get us from the hotel. Then the bus had issues so they transferred us. 7:55pm to 9:15pm and we were still pick up people, no drinks, no guidance. My family and I got off the bus. Horrible.

This was a lot of fun. But the bus was late compared to the pick up time. Also majority of the guess were Spanish so that was the only spoken language I wish there had been an opportunity for some things to be translated but overall it was a party on the bus. Even though I did not understand the words spoken in the music I still partied and had a great time I wish it could have been a mix of music and they would have spoken a little English so that I would understand what we were doing from stop to stop. It was a great way to see the city at night time and be able to make plans to go back to certain areas but it was beautiful had a great time it was definitely a party and all of the guests appear to have a great time as well

We had an amazing time. I would like to inform you, that during the ride you will encounter natives looking for tips. Also, you may want to brush up on your Spanish, bilingual interpreters were not available. But overall I plan returning and doing this excursion again with the same company.

I am not fluent in Spanish. It wasn’t realized that it was only in the native language. The location was not precise for meeting and if you are not comfortable climbing an actual ladder do not choose this particular one.

The meeting point doesn’t have an address, and the operator doesn’t answer, even Viator wasn’t able to get in contact with them before or during the tour.

A very lively night ride through the city. It is definitely a time filler if u just arrive in the afternoon and want to squeeze a quick glance of the city. It's festive, music playing and they even provide a pickup/drop-off service from resort which was very convenient for us.

We didn’t go to any bars or clubs. Just drove around the city for two hours. I had to contact them several times to get information on pick up. Didn’t get the actual pick up time until an hour before the time they wanted to pick us up. Luckily, we were already dressed.

The music was fun but we didnt know that Cartagena party buses dont actually take you to real bar stops. They dont even let you buy alcohol on the bus. They have the same vendors hustling on the streets selling you the same tired beer and cocktails from the street and they dont leave you alone. They reached thekr hands all in the bus touching us trying to get are attention! All the other party buses I have attended have given out free shots and take you to 2 or 3 bars. This took you to landmarks that were too dark to see at night and a park with homeless people.

Overall it was fun but I wish the music was more diverse but I understood that the dj was mostly playing music because of the crowd. Remember to buy your liquor/drinks before getting on the bus. The stops you make to buy the drinks will be much more
