The shuttle never showed up for us in Cancun. We were so disappointed. We had to make other arrangements. Extremely Upsetting.
Jesus was great!! Communication once we landed at thr airport was very helpful. We really enjoyed our transport with Jesus and the conversations. Would highly recommend!
Our driver was so sweet and very friendly! We felt like we knew him for years! Great start to our honeymoon 😍
Our flight was delayed, but I informed Vaiator ahead of time. When we arrived, there's no there to pick me us up. We had a difficult time contacted the representative.
Jesus was so friendly and waited patiently for us as the luggage took a while to get. I would highly recommend!
Our shuttle driver communicated with us regarding the pick up area, sent a picture to help us locate him. He was kind, attentive, helpful. Made getting to our hotel after a long flight a breeze.
Jesus was a lovely person and we enjoyed talking with and practicing our Spanish with him… though he spoke English, too! He was there when we came out and got us to where we needed to go.

A little hectic to find the driver but that’s expected with the volume of people. But the instructions were great and Jesus the driver was beyond excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, and safe driver. Would use them again.
Waited 30 minutes for my driver. The manager said if I didn’t want to wait I could take a taxi! What’s the point of paying in advance for a private transfer if you have to wait 30 minutes for the driver to come get you. Do not book here!

We are very sorry for your bad time at the airport.
The terrible traffic at Christmas is not in our hands.
That's why it was suggested to take a taxi.
You didn't take a taxi because it was the same situation. There was no taxi, everyone was in traffic.
This situation could have happened to you if you had booked with another company.
That the driver was courteous and respectful. The communication was outstanding from the initial setup until drop off at the resort
I arrived within 5 minutes of the appointed time and no one showed to transport me to the hotel.
In fact all the transportation companies has never heard of this company.
I had to pay for a taxi ride $70 on top of this fee of 45.50 for a no show.
I want a refund!

Viator transportation is excellent. Very reliable and on time. Driver was polite and took care of everything.
On time and great communication . Driver had my name on a sheet which made them easy to recognize. Would use them again.
Good communication prior to arrival. They were waiting for us with our name on their sign. Friendly.
Pickup was super smooth and the driver was more than helpful with some small traveling tips. He drove safely and the company communicated well during our travel. We arrived almost two hours early and they had no problem making accommodations.
Our driver was great! We had some troubles initially locating him, but that was my fault. Our ride was fun and the driver shared lots of tips about places to eats and things to do!

Safe reliable transportation. They track your flight to make sure that there isn’t any delays or anything and if there is they’re very accommodating without any charge. Driver was friendly, got us to our destination safely and fast , and provided refreshments for us like beer and water no complaints. They also show up with your name on a sign which made the process to find then easy
I had a message waiting for me, and my pickup was clearly marked with my name. He walked me to the car, confirmed my Viator ticket and hotel, and introduced me to my driver. The driver was very friendly, and turned on the GPS so I could see where we were going. He offered me a water or beer, and stopped so I could see the local beach. I felt very safe and welcomed.
Our driver Jesus was terrific - good conversation in English, helpful, polite, checked with us regarding our return arrangements. And had cold bevvies for us! So much better than dealing with the cab drivers at the airport.

Not going to lie I was nerveous at first to meet up with unknown person and seeing so many people outside, felt lost. But this company always kept in contact with me via text, sent me a pic of how the sign looked and what to look for. I was greeted and information taken then they escorted me to my driver - private car already cooled down for me offered me a cold beverage and the conversation to the hotel was excellent. Felt safe. Recommended this company :)
