This can apply for security booths, Main Entrances, close by hotels or landmarks The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

This was a good value for what it was. It was packed though and lots of yelling by the guides to maintain control of everyone! We spent too much time waiting in line for various things: to pay the dock tax, to get on the boat, to get your snorkeling stuff, to get off the boat, in the buffet line, to pet a shark. The result was about 20 minutes snorkeling (out of a 10 hour day), a very average buffet lunch, and then a good amount of time on Isla Mujeres which was great. In hindsight, I would have paid more for a smaller group experience.

At sea the sound of the waves against the catamaran and the voice of multiple people makes the guides required to speak out loud on the speakers so people can understand the instructions Yes, lines are something to expect when visiting a turistic place with a group of people The snorkel was never the highlight of the tour, this tour is advertised as a party boat
