Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Wyndham Garden Cancun Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas(contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at the Aloft Tulum The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

Travelers must bring towels, swim suit and a change of clothes (water shoes are recommended)
A photo of the ID from the lead traveler will be required before the tour date (drivers license or passport)
Pregnant travelers can't participate
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

Aldo was our amazing guide of the day and made sure things went safely and seamlessly . I lost my glasses at the first stop (100% my fault!) and the staff here FOUND MY GLASSES at the bottom of a cenote. Unreal!! Thanks so much to the whole team who made sure my family (including 9 year old daughter) had an incredible time. This tour is great for anyone from adventurous to totally chicken (tons of places to just sit out if needed). I can’t say enough about this tour— thank you thank you thank you!

It is by far the best excursion you can do in Cancun. Thrilling adventurous, exciting informative and so much fun. Our Tour guide Adrian was amazing. Our for Photographer Miguel did a wonderful job. If you don't go on this particular excursion you will definitely have missed the best part of your trip.

Absolutely shocking service

Did not turn up, when contacted told there was not enough space for us on the tour and it’s our fault for booking “too late”. Even though they took the booking and our money. Will be doing a credit card charge back as they still have not refunded our $600.

This was exceptionally amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide was excellent. Make sure you bring water shoes and I highly recommend a go-pro!
