If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZONE between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am. The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZONE between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. For Tulum hotels and airbnbs the special meeting point will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket at downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.

We recommend you bring: clothes change, towel, closed shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and bandanas for ATVs

Fun but chaotic

Overall this was fun. Ziplines were exciting. A good entry level line…not too fast or high. Just right. The ATVs were a bit chaotic. Mine didn’t break down but a few others did. The seat on mine was broken. The trail is very rough a rocky and because the attendants were dealing with broken equipment people were all over the place. One girl fell off… broke her wrist. Several people ran off the trails into trees bushes/trees. I was scared to fall off because it was so rough and bounced you all over the place. The cenote was nice. You could jump in, zip line in or just take the stairs. I ended up getting to do the tequila tasting and having lunch…not sure how but cool. Tequila tasting was informative. “Lunch” was more like a snack. There is a photographer with you throughout who will push the photo packages at the end.

10/10 recommend … the price you pay is what you get! To save bring atv gear bug spray they just charge 5 dollars for lockers! They work really hard and made this experience worth every penny. 2 free tacos included wohooooo

It was really good and really fun. My very small issues was the ATV. I normally do more of a sightseeing ATV excursion and with just my group, maybe a few other people. This maybe more on me or just describe it a little better. Still had fun just wanted to see Cancun with just my big group.
