Upon arrival the excursion had started at 0900 am and we were not informed or notified. Then they tried to give us another excursion we didn’t know about or plan on bc they realized we were not aware and still trying to collect money for an excursion that did not exist any longer in Cancun ,Mx ; note to self don’t book this excursion bc you will be charged and there will not be an excursion as they did us .
