Your was cancelled at last minute. They didn’t even notify me I had to call and ask location. They stated ferry closed but we drove and was not.

Hello Miss Rachel, Ferry is different that a small boat, small boats did not operate for security, for this reason of the weather we could not operate, and your tour was even reimbursed, it would have been different if they did not reimburse you at all, but thanks for your score, we hope you have enjoyed your day. Also, we receive information by calling from port, and they gave us instructions, if they open the dock is for their decision.
