Overview

The water near Cozumel—a mostly undeveloped island famed for reef diving—has some of the best snorkeling spots in the Riviera Maya, but you need local know-how to reach them. With this full-day tour, take a ferry to the island from Cancun and follow your guide to three of the best snorkeling areas Cozumel has to offer: "El Cielo," Palancar Reef, and Columbia Reef. Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at Super Aki market main gate over in federal avenue The pick up time is set according to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

The tour lasts around 12 hours, from that the transportation time lasts around 5 hours and the rest of the time is spent at activities or locations
Snorkel is not available for non-swimmers, people over 59 years old or children under 10 years old
Infants are required to sit on the laps of it's guardian
Pregnant travelers can't participate in this tour for safety reasons
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 40 travelers

This day felt very frantic and disorganized. The people were all nice, but we were rushed and yet were waiting a lot. It was really 2 snorkel locations, not 4. One was coral and one was over sand. The 3rd stop was hanging out on a beach and they had taken our snorkels by then. It was a hard day with kids. There was no jr sized snorkel which was hard for my 11 year old.

There was no rush at all, the instructions were given clearly by the guides in regards of the time frames of each stop There isn't any mention at the product description about 4 snorkel spots being included, there are only 3 The reefs and the beach The snorkel gear is suited for all ages, however, you refused to follow the usage instructions and failed to adjust the masks
