Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue The pick up time is set acording to your location, pick up start at 7:00 am and depending on the location the pick up time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

Too much to do

We left 20 to 30 minutes late because we were waiting for people to arrive in a van. This impacted our time that we had at Isla Mujeres . On Isla Mujeres we only had one hour from the time we left the boat to return. The snorkeling area they took us to was around a single rock. It was very crowded and small. Snorkeling was nonexistent. The lunch was good and the national park was beautiful. In the future I would skip the Isla Mujeres portion because it is too short. We arrived very late back to the port and then there was no van for our particular group. We had to wait for 45 minutes for a van to arrive and take us back to our hotel.

Thank you for sharing your experience, all the delays in the transportation are taked in mind in the logistics of the tour The time at Isla Mujeres was only for an hour, since this is just a side stop. The snorkeling area is choosen due to the location and the species that live there, this is in order to protect the nature and the safety of all travelers We will work into the improvements of the tour so in the future more travelers can enjoy the entire tour
