We will pick you up at your hotel, Airbnb, or any private location you specify. The van has a “Cancun Diamond” logo on both sides at the top so you can easily recognize it. The driver will be holding either a sign with your name or a sign with the name of the tour “Chichen Cenote”, depending on whether it is a private or shared service. You can show your booking confirmation to the driver, who will verify it from his phone.

Driver no show

Booked an expensive tour, driver didn't show up . Messaged and phoned but no reply. Had to book an even more expensive tour elsewhere. We were then in a large bus not a private trip. Viator are asking me to patiently wait for my refund. Terrible customer service, lack of help or accountability.
