The experience was great, but it could have been better if a tour guide would speak more English. Other than that the tour was great! The assistant worked very hard to keep us satisfied by offering us drinks throughout the trip. Excellent helper. I would give it a 5 but I give 4 just for communication issue.

The excursion itself was “ok”. The disappointment is that some of the items in the description listed as “what’s included” in the ALL INCLUSIVE DELUXE package, still required us to pay extra. For our group, I still had to pay for life jackets, and lockers at the Cenote, and I was not provided a towel. Also, the Cenote listed for the visit was different. We ended up at Cenote Samall instead of Cenote Chichikan. I found the package that fit the description we ended up actually doing at the What To Do in Cancun official website and that one did say lockers and life jackets are not included, so I know our tour was just combined with that one. All in all, this specific package cost more and felt like false advertisement. Just be honest and the consumer can decide with trust.
