Amazing trip - poor vehicle exchange

This trip was amazing. They did a great job of explaining the history of the area and Josue and Roberto were great tour guides. Chichén Itzá is an amazing experience and the cenote is gorgeous. The only issue we had was in the morning. We took a van to a store where they separated us on to buses. The group almost put me and my wife on the wrong bus. The only reason we figured it out is because another group was assigned the same seat on the other bus. They initially dismissed our concerns before figuring out the issue. I would recommend the trip, just be prepared to lose half an hour to a poorly planned vehicle exchange system and if something doesn’t seem right, don’t let them dismiss your concerns.

We’d also like to sincerely apologise for the change in transport. Many hotels in the area only allow small vans for guest pick-ups, which means we often use them to collect guests from multiple hotels before transferring everyone to the main coach. The larger coaches are used for the longer journey to Chichen Itza to ensure comfort — they’re equipped with a WC, an entertaining guide on board, and an inclining table at each seat so guests can enjoy a sandwich and a drink along the way. We're sorry for any confusion you experienced, and truly appreciate your feedback. It helps us improve and offer the best possible service.
