- The photoshoot lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 hours
- Guests can change outfits during the photoshoot. We recommend preparing your outfits in advance, choosing solid colors, matching clothes, and accessories to add more detail to your look.
- At the end of the photoshoot, guests can either select 20 of their best photos for editing or leave it to the photographer to choose the top shots. The high-quality edited photos will be sent to your email via WeTransfer or Google Photos within a week.
- The photo package includes professional editing for lighting and color. Retouching services are available upon request and are not included in the package.
- The editing of the photos may take up to 7 days.
- This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

It was a wonderful experience. I did a surprise engagement proposal on the beach and Hiram did an excellent job of capturing the moment.

pictures are very poor quality,some pictures are two toned.some have a glare.even after I told the photographer about it,he edited them and the came back brighter but worse...my wife was very disappointed....the whole experience is bad..these are birthday photos and we can't even post them

Hiram was our photographer. He was on time, polite, and super helpful with poses and location changes. It was very hot and he managed to get wonderful clear shots even though we were sweating all over the place. Fantastic result.

My husband and I usually get photos taken every couple years. This time we decided to do it while on vacation. Best decision!!! Emanual was our photographer and he made it so much fun. We didn’t just have the regular posed pictures. We had some fun action type and he even photographed us when we weren’t expecting. Those were our favorite photos.
Emanuel was amazing and professional. We had the edited photos within 3 days. Overall, I highly recommend Emanuel.

Our photographer Emmanuel was amazing. He contacted me a day before the photoshoot to set up a meeting spot and made sure I felt comfortable with it. He put us in some great poses and the pictures turned out fantastic! The turn around time was also great. For the price I was very impressed! Thanks for capturing some beautiful honeymoon moments for us!

Hello, Weldon. My name is Anastasiya, I'm the director of City Art Tours Mexico. I'm glad that you enjoyed the photosession with Hiram.
As usual it takes around 3-4 days to edit and send the photos. During the high season it takes up to 7 days as we stay in touch with our guests carefully working on the edition of the photos making not just the experience great but as well the results. We send the details of the photosession with the terms and conditions to all our guests before the photosession.
Weldon, frankly speaking, I don't feel the rating you gave us is fair. We had the photosession with you in the evening and early in the morning you asked to send the edited photos and left the review. We do make the express edition by request the same or the following day, understanding that the guests might have a special event and want to share these moments with their family and friends. But we didn't have any requests from your side and I feel that 3-4 days is a reasonable time to receive the edited photos.

Hiram was so professional and accommodating. He wasn’t able to access the beach of our hotel for pictures so we went to the nearest public beach and the pictures are so gorgeous! He definitely took his time with us, shared his vision and executed! Not a lot of photographers can take pictures of African American people and highlight their attributes. Hiram did an amazing job finding the best lighting and angles for our body and complexion! Highly recommend and would love to work with him again In the future.

Emanuel and Anastaysia were patient with us even after I had to request a delay in our start time. They listened to us as we explained our vision for the photos and executed the vision well. We visited several locations for photos and had numerous proofs to choose from for our final edits. We love our photos as they serve as a reminder of our time in Cancun. Highly recommend.

The photo shoot we had with Emanuel was one of the highlights to our trip. Emanuel was kind, respectful, and very helpful. Emanuel met us at our resort Riu Caribe and was patient with 1 dress change. We never felt rushed. Emanuel provided a link to all photos the next day for us to choose our top 20 favorites for editing. The photos were amazing prior to editing and were breath taking once edited. Emanuel and his co worker Anastasiya were very responsive with deciding on location and downloading images. The price was reasonable considering the location and time Emanuel spent with various poses and locations around the resort and beach. We will definitely book this excursion again!!!

Our booki just agent Anastasia was so helpful! She gave some recommendations and was prompt on communication and identifying Oscar. Oscar was fabulous! He was so good, the photos were amazing and he delivered the same day!! We’ll definitely be back and book again in Cancun. They were in touch with me from beginning to end. I got my edited photos the next day which was amazing. Oscar was my photographer and he was excellent.....Oscar was very professional and walked us through the process of posing. He did a great job. Ask for Oscar...you can't go wrong.
