Angelica was wonderful. Personable, knowledgeable, and kind. We had a lovely time tasting so many different Mexican foods and learning about the history of the country and region. I cannot recommend this experience enough.

Best food tour in Mexico !

This experience was amazing. I have traveled to countries all over the world, including Mexico 3 times, and I always try to find a local food tour to go to and this has been the best by far. Not only was Alex a great guide (knowledgeable and amicable( but I felt we truly stopped at authentic places and tried non conventional foods and drinks (something that is not always the case with food tours). I give this tour a true 10 out of 10. Thankyou so much!!

This experience was enjoyable to see, taste, and feel the culture and history around Cancun. My friends and I had the pleasure of taking the tour with Alex. Alex was so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed learning about the history of food and plants in the area. Taking a walking tour was a great opportunity to walk around the town, see different places, and try different foods. Alex was great to get to know and share knowledge with. Make sure you save room for all 5 stops! If not, you can take your food to go.

Loved this tour! Each food stop was delicious and unique. I liked how it incorporated authentic dishes from Oaxaca and Yucatan. But what really made the tour great was my guide, Emmanuel, he was perhaps the nicest person alive, fun to be around and all around friendly. When I come back next year with my parents I hope that he is still doing these tours. My recommendation to future tourists considering this tour is to definitely go hungry! (This was my only meal of the day and I still couldn't finish everything) Drinks I had: Chaya drink 😋 Foods I had: salbute, gordita with nopales, tacos de canasta, clayuda and a paleta de fresa. There was something else I forgot the name too and another place I wasn't able to go to cause I got too full. I've been on a couple of food tours but this one takes the cake. Thanks Emmanuel hope to see you again!

The Guided Cancun Local Mexican Food Tour was an absolute delight! We’ve been to Mexico 5 times and this was the most authentic experience we’ve had.
