Local travel agents not eloquent in English and didn't give much explanations on attractions. Poor customer service. Squeeze all passengers in 14 seater vehicle. No flexibility to change seat to ensure all passengers sit comfortably. Safety was compromise as passengers couldn't put on seat belts. Aircon not working in vehicle. No aircon and lift in hotel.

We would like to clarify that during the 7-day tour, 3 days were operated using a 55-seat coach, and you were also provided complimentary front-row seats to enhance our guests’ comfort and convenience. For the days operated with our 14-seat vehicle, the vehicle was used within its designated capacity, and seat belts were provided for all passengers. We regret if you experienced any difficulty using them during the tour. We also appreciate your comments regarding the seating arrangements and the amount of information provided about the attractions. We continuously work with our guides to provide knowledgeable, engaging, and professional service, and we will take your feedback seriously.
