My daughter and I had a great time! Our tour guide was Selina with Westar Travel, whom we had a great experience with. She was very kind and knowledgeable. The tour was a smaller tour, which was really cool and intimate, and gave us a lot of freedom to explore. We would definitely book again!

Accommodating and held conversation well. Only downside was our tour was different than our itinerary. They skipped the lake and brought to a castle. We were really looking forward to seeing the lake.

Due to going during off season, my friend and I were the only 2 people on the tour. Good tour for those without transport as it covers all the main areas. Guide was polite and friendly however, we wish he provided us more information/history regarding the locations as it was not very informative.

Very amazing.. our driver is very safe and the tours is amazing!!!! We enjoyed so much... the lake is transluscent turquiose..and yhe tours itself is nice.. we have chance to stroll around..to sum up its amazing experience

Our most memorable experiences were the mountain scenery and lunch at Chateau Lake Louise. The only difficulty that we experienced was the fact that the van was very high and it was diffucult for a handicapped person to get in and out of the van. However, we had a wonderful driver/guide who was very helpful. We definitely recommend this tour!

It was a relief not to worry about parking, driving or entry tickets. It felt that we were in a paradise! I really recommend this experience. Our guide was Elsa, she speaks english and chinese, she was very friendly and also she recommend us some beautiful spots. Also, she was describing tips on the road and shared information about Calgary and Banff. We travel with a very happy and nice chinese family! So, I'm very glad to have chosen this tour.

Lei was a wonderful tour guide. We had sufficient time at each location, and remained on schedule. It was nice to be with a smaller group too, instead of some tour groups we saw which were coach-fulls!

If not for the natural beauty of the sites we visited, I would have given this zero stars! A horrible experience, starting out with the most uncomfortable 2hour van ride ever. We were shoe-horned into a hot, cramped, airless van which made our rides very uncomfortable! Our guide never gave us any info on the sites we were to see, and very seldom spoke, but when he did the speaker cracked so bad, it was impossible to hear him.
I’ve taken many Viator trips which were great, so not sure why this type of transportation was chosen. You need to consider the comfort of your customers and the personality of your guides as part of the experience !

Johnston Canyon was great! Hike to Morraine Lake was awesome. Lake Louie was stunning. Overall, the day trip was worth it. Would recommend it to family and friends. Our tour guide Joseph Mao was knowledgeable and entertaining.

From pick up to drop off it was a fantastic experience. Our tour guide was Kelvin. He was enthusiastic and very helpful and friendly. Thanks to him showing us where to get the best pictures, I would have not gone to these spots. I would have missed them. My favourite spot was Lake Moraine followed by Johnston Canyon. I really liked the small group as well.

Had a great experience Mike from Westar, our guide was a local person and helped us learn a lot about the topography of the area. He planned the tour well and took us to spots which usually gets crowded during the day time early. This helped not only avoid the crowd but also gave us additional time to explore places. It was an exceptional time with Mike as our tour guide and driver. Spoken languages were Chinese and English. As a non-speaking Chinese individual, Mike ensured that we did not feel left out at any point in time as his translations was excellent. I will recommend Mike 💯 to any and everyone. Banff was the highlight of this tour for me, so when, in the end we only got 45minutes there, I was truly vexed. Having spent 2 hours at Lake Louise in torrential rain, an hour at Johnston canyon, over an hour at moraine Lake - all in the showers, it was dry when we arrived in Banff only to have 45 mins. Ruined the whole trip for me!

I traveled solo and I was impressed with the service Mike provided and in both Mandarin and English no less! He kept up constant commentary throughout the trip and made sure everyone was accounted for and having a good time. He was incredibly accommodating and I felt safe traveling solo. Grest tour - seeing Lake Louise in the winter was amazing! There was only 4 of us on this tour so it was nice and intimate. Our guide Kelvin was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We enjoyed this tour immensely.

Today 10/23, we had an amazing trip with our tour guide Hao Yongbin. He took our group to the most iconic places like Lake Louise, Banff , Johnson Canyon, and couple more places.
Great conversations during the ride and have a ton of time for each destination. Awesome tour guide 10/10, would recommend

The tour was good in general. We did all that was included but in general the guide was not very energetic. We lost time waiting for some of the other passengers, and at the end that affected the whole trip.

Since our trip was at the end of November , May of the winter activities at lake Louise were not yet running . Our guide made up for it by taking g us to additional site to take pictures and walk around . He was a great tour guide .
My 4 year old daughter stayed behind on the Johnston Canyon walk , and I’m glad she did . Very hard for little kids to do
