Your adventure kicks off as soon as we meet you! We'll send you the exact pickup/drop-off time the day before your trip. Calgary pickups happen around 7:30-8am, Canmore around 9-9:15am, and the in Banff at around 9:45-10am. Need a drop-off in Banff or Canmore after your journey? Let us know in the comments to make sure there's room for your carry-ons. If your hotel isn't on the list, just add its name and address in the special request section. We'll then confirm your pick-up/drop-off time or arrange a meeting point if it's outside our service area.

Big shoutout to Murray, our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. I appreciate the detailed instructions from Kevin on what to bring and wear due to the weather. Town of Banff was beautiful and lots to see (I definitely have to come back) and I got to ride the Gondola. Lake Louise though frozen was a wonder to behold, . It was a smooth ride with great tunes for the road. I will definitely recommend this adventure and worth the price.

This was absolutely worth the money. We had a fantastic day with our guide, Murray, and the rest of the tour members. Murray kept us well informed and amused, and Mother Nature stunned with her beauty. Highly recommended!

Kevin was amazing! There were three of us on the tour, so it allowed us to do whatever we wanted. He stopped to show us some sites of the beaten path, took photos, and had lots of good stories! I highly recommend for your next adventure.

On time pickup. Clear communication. Wonderful tour experience. Customized the tour for the culture and needs of the tour guests. The trip was good. Allowed us to see the beautiful sites stress free by travelling in van.
The views were breathtaking. Where the excursion fell short was the guide. He did not explain fully what to expect. Often voice low so could not hear at back of bus. Sometimes forgot what he was going to tell us about the site. Should be able to provide options to eat in Banff given we had shirt time there. If he was more engaging and spoke more it would have made the experience fun and get the group together. While we did enjoy the trip the guide could have been better!

We paid tickets for Gondola ride and viator gave us chairs ride which was $35 per person but we paid $65 per person for Gondola rides.
They supposed to give us money back but didn’t get any.

This is such an illegitimate accusation, the Gondola was oversold for Canada Day (not our fault), there is only one bridge that crosses the river. There was a parade that day, which meant you could be stuck on that side for up to 3 hours. You could have missed Lake Louise and Moraine Lake if we did that.
A refund takes time; we did not collect any funds from you; we cannot speed the time VIATOR, or their bank takes to give you money back when they still have not paid us yet.
We gave you the option to refund you 100% of the Gondola tickets or go to the Sightseeing Chairlift, you picked the last option.
Your price difference is being processed, please be patient. We treated you with respect, gave you the best possible attention and made sure that you enjoyed your trip the entire day.

Our guide Gordon was so good. He made everyone comfortable and welcoming.
Gordon gave us so much information, I don’t know how he remembered it all.

It is a bit of a long day but very enjoyable. The weather during our visit was unseasonably cold and a bit rainy. It didn't matter, the sights and experience were amazing!
Our driver and guide, Sergy, was so friendly, funny, and engaging. He provided a safe comfortable ride on a bad weather day that must have been hard for him. He somehow maintained energy throughout the day and it made for a good experience for our group and the other guests.
The only negative was during our pick up. We had to be picked up about an hour early. We were only contacted to inform us of the change about 20 minutes ahead of time. That made for a stressful start. Nontheless it was a wonderful day. Still 5 stars and highly recommend.

Excellent tour and Sergiy was the best tour guide!!! He was very knowledgeable and tried to accommodate everyone’s requests and needs. It was a long day but so worth it for all the locations and sites we were able to visit. Would 100% recommend this trip and Sergiy to anyone!!!

The tour exceeded all expectations—fun, informative, and perfectly paced. Our guide’s sense of humor kept us entertained the whole time, making the day even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was his kindness: after a long day, he dropped us right at our apartment building, even though it was out of his way and our apartment building was 20 mins away from the drop off location. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot. Highly recommended experience!

I took this tour with my husband and 4 kids (ranging from 7-14 years old) and we had the best day! Murray was an amazing tour guide! We learned so much about the area and took in more beautiful views in one day than most vacations can provide in a week. Each stop was more breathtaking than the last and the view from the walkway at the Banff Gandola left even our chattiest kid speechless! Highly recommend this tour!

Breathtaking scenery! Despite the cold weather, we were lucky to have a sunny day, and the Canadian Rocks were as beautiful as we could imagine. Honestly, it's one of the most spectacular places I've ever visited. Everything seemed surreal, straight outta a movie production.
Our guide was a whole box of fun, entertainment and knowledge. I'm delighted with how they've conducted the process from beginning to end on 10/10.

Great tour! Gordon was a great tour guide and driver. I would do this same tour again. I had an issue with trying to book this tour the previous day, last minute. It did not “book,” too last-minute I guess. I was so disappointed I could not go the day before.. I was hesitant to book again, but after my flight canceled resulting in an additional day in Calgary, I booked for the following day. I booked this tour because there was a pick-up at my hotel. Although I was a little afraid of being disappointed again, I booked for the next day, and I LOVED it!!! Gordon picked me up at my hotel, and the tour was fantastic!! Perfect amount of stops/breaks/bathroom opportunities.
