Discrepancy between description and reality

The nature and our drivers were amazing but the operation was not good. The operator has their own website which is about 30% cheaper than Viator's price ($180 instead of $250) and the operator is offering the tour as described on their own website, not that of Viator. The operator asked if other people could join my group for the trip. We declined it because the tour we paid for was "Private". The operator contacted us the night at the last moment before the trip saying we had to pay the hotel pick up fee, $50 for 2 people. I booked this tour about a month earlier informing the pick up location. We declined as the tour includes a hotel pick up service and we requested a double check of the hotel pick up one week prior to the tour date. On the day of the tour, the pickup didn't show up. So I had to contact the operator and the operator found out that the pickup driver was at the location but he did not inform me or the driver contact numbers or how to find eachother. The pick up location was a hotel with guests and cars and the driver was just sitting in his car until i contacted the operator. The tour description in Viator also includes the entrance fee (into the desert), but we had to pay the fee in cash to the authority (?) during the tour. And the tour description says this tour provides four meals but actually the tour only gave us three meals. I claimed this discrepancy to the operator and the operator refunded 10 USD which is about the same value of entrance fee. Then the operator CANCELLED the trip.

You was a ware of all the tour description. Your Hotel is very close to the airport which is 60 K.m away from our pick up location.we have Provided all the meals mentioned in our web site. we gave refund for the entrance fees which you have paid in the national Park. Threaten people to get more refund in order to avoid write bad review is not very good from your side Best Regards Ahmed khalil
