1) they couldn’t even bother to spell our last names right 2) the information on this website is wrong. It’s Aswan to Luxor not Luxor to Aswan 3) had to cancel because my flight was delayed and basically caused us to miss the domestic flights. They offered no help whatsoever to try and help us make it, I even said we will re pay the domestic flights, please just let us sit on the next booked cruise (which I checked on the website, they had availability) they said no, okay fine, I said what can I do I don’t want to waste £2000. (You can get this trip cheaper by the way) they just said get here on time which obviously was not possible. They couldn’t even tell the poor tour guide I wasn’t coming, guy was ringing me whilst I was in the air saying he was waiting for hours for us when I told the operators the day before I wasn’t coming, if they can’t respect their staff then that’s really not a company you should travel with.

Our group had a magnificent time on our Nile cruise. The sites were simply amazing! The crew of the Legacy ship went out of their way to make our trip an enjoyable one. They were very hospitable and couldnt have made our trip more pleasant. Our tour guide, Araby Ahmed, was magnificent with his knowledge of ancient and present day Egypt and his friendly and kind personality. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Viator for a most remarkable experience!
