While we were waiting for the guide at our hotel, as agreed, we received an sms 40 minutes later than the arranged time claiming that the guide and driver had an accident and would not appear. The also claimed that they had refunded us in full, but 2 days later I cannot see the relevant amount back into my account. Shameful!

Tour was excellent! Muhammad was very knowledgeable about Coptic area. He took his time and would go as fast or slow as needed since I have trouble with stairs. I would definitely recommend him.
