Clear boat is docked on Dock P so we board passengers on Dock P and return to the same dock.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be ready to check in 30 minutes before tour time at the enva office first. Check in is NOT at the dock. Boat departs from Dock P, but you have to check in at the enva office first.
On this boat you are only allowed one drink per person and it cannot be glass.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be on time because there will be no reschedule and will be considered a no show no refund if you miss the tour due to the cancellation policy that TripAdvisor and our company have in place that we strongly abide by. If you happen to reschedule and if we have spots open you will be charge a $16 usd penalty fee to reschedule tour. Thank you for understanding.

We had a terrible experience with this tour. After booking a Clear Glass Boat tour for our final day, the operator tried to reschedule us. When we couldn't postpone due to our flight, they switched us to a 'glass bottom' boat, promising an upgraded 60-minute private experience with a professional guide/photographer to make up for the change. The reality was the opposite. The boat was filthy and stained the clothes of four people in our group. The '60-minute' tour was rushed through in just 30 minutes. The 'photographer' simply took a few low-quality photos from the driver's seat without getting up. This is my second bad experience with a Viator partner (previously in Japan, now Mexico). I cannot recommend this tour; the local agents are unreliable and do not deliver what is promised.

This customer is lying about everything and likes to complain about everything from Japan to Mexico. The tour was 50 minutes and not 30. We have evidence of this that shows customer is not telling the truth. The boat is clean and service is amazing! Group of 7 they all looked happy on tour and even got to see a whale!

Excellent Tour

My partner and I had a perfect afternoon experience with this tour! Michelle was a great guide, very good with her knowledge of the area and had a great fun energy. Her and our captain (can’t remember his name unfortunately) had great chemistry and he was very fun too. At the end of the tour they present you with the option to buy photos of your experience and Michelle did an amazing job taking photos of us at the arch. We feel like it was 100% worth it!

It was a fun experience however it seemed that the maintenance of the boat was more important that giving the guest a great tour. They would not get close to the Rocks as close as the other tour boats and everything was seem from a farther distance. The tour guide gave us a hard time to take pictures because they take photos and they want you to buy them at 25.00 for one photo.

I am so glad my sister and I did the clear boat tour. Even though the boat is small, safety is this company’s priority. After checking in at the office, the tour guide, Nora, walked us to the boat where we met Luis, our captain. We were asked to take off our shoes which were placed in a box on the boat. Luis helped everyone into the boat and we left timely. The boat was clean and Nora was a great story teller. Loved that we stopped along the way to learn about the history and take pictures. Nora also takes photos of you on the tour that you can purchase afterward. The tour lasted an hour and was worth the money paid. If you deal with motion sickness, take some Dramamine as the water can be pretty choppy.

Great tour but Expensive Photos!!

The all clear boat was great- we've been on another "glass bottom" boat and there was just a tiny window on it so we saw next to nothing. Oscar was also very nice. The photos he took were WAY overpriced at the end of tour. We would have bought some but the prices were ridiculous.

Cabo arches on the see through bottom boat

Juan our guide and Migel the Captain were excellent. Juan was very funny and interactive with every single person. The boat is clean and allows you to see all of the beautiful fish below your feet. They are not pushy with selling the wonderful photos that are taken during your boat ride and if you decide to purchase they are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this tour. Make sure you bring cash, so that you can tip. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

good value, glad we did it

We were in port with a cruise ship, and we tacked this excursion on to a longer one (combo of camels and ATV) and were glad we did. The excursion was a good amount of time, got to see the Arch and sea lions and fish under our boat so we did all the things we wanted to do in a short amt of time and at a very reasonable price. Loved the entirely clear boat (acrylic? plastic?) - seemed to offer more viewing area than a lot of the other operators. Very professional operation at a very reasonable price. would definitely go with them again.
