Great personal tour

Raul was so kind and so funny! It was just an hour long which was perfect for my elderly grandma and to see everything we wanted to see. We were able to take amazing pictures We had a beautiful day and I would recommend El Jejfe charter and our guide, Raul to anyone.

It was pretty easy to find the pier per the instructions provided. We arrived at our scheduled time but were not greeted by anyone from the company named on our reservation after waiting for about 10 minutes. We were escorted to a neighboring pier by a gentleman who claimed to work under the same company but wore a different shirt. They accepted our reservation which was paid for ahead of time, but tried to push back our time by an hour and have us share the tour we had booked as private. The boat driver agreed to the time and private tour, but no refreshments were available as listed in the description when we booked. The tour itself was okay; he pointed out each rock formation. The only saving grace of this trip was spotting a family of humpback whales, which the driver followed for a while. He was also nice enough to drop us back at the tender terminal, so we didn't have to walk back around the marina. Overall it was not at all we were expecting, and it made us feel like we were being scammed. Our kids enjoyed the glass bottom and the whales. I can't say that I would recommend it due to not meeting what was promised in the booking details.
