We had such an amazing time whale watching! Carlos was our guide and he had so many cool facts about whales. The catamaran was fantastic, plenty of room to move around and of course 360 degree views. We were given drinks and a snack and everything was just perfect!

It was a fun trip and we did get to see a whale but I was a little disappointed that we weren't that close to the whales. So many other boats were closer but ours stayed back away from them. I think I might pick a smaller boat to whale watch on next time. The workers were very nice though.

The whole thing was great. Our captain was knowledgeable and friendly. Our hostess served great drinks and guacamole. And we had a photographer capturing every moment so we could just relax and enjoy.

It was great! Communications before hand, changing of day, pick up was right on time-service on the boat: drinks tasty and guacamole was amazing! And best of all we saw stingrays, sea lions and whales!!!

This company is excellent from scheduling to the very end of the excursion! We were fortunate enough to see mama whales and their babies within 25 yards of the boat. The boat a decent size. We had 11 people and David was a great host. Hats off to Omar for dodging the smaller boats that should not have been out there!

With so many tours going out at the same times, the water around the Arch can be very congested. Even so, we were able to get photos of us with the arch in the background. Our tour only had 6 adults and 2 children on board. Our captain was able to provide us with some whale activity, although halfway through we were getting worried we wouldn't see any. There was also a photographer ($20 US single photo, $50 US entire package), and a hostess to serve drinks and man the ropes. I would have preferred more dialogue and information about whales, their habits, etc., and/or the use of a hydrophone to hear their songs. For the price, I could have done away with the free alcoholic drinks and had more whale info.

Nice boat and people and great having such a small group so you could see everything. Had a lovely relaxing trip and saw lots of whales Only suggestion I have is to maybe use speaker when talking.. couldn’t hear much over noise of motors.

The Whale watching was superb. Best viewing I’ve ever had! Eric the capitan was extremely knowledgeable and spoke in both English and Spanish. The photographer Elaina was interesting, fun, and too great photos. (Yall charge a lot for those-they should be included). We didn’t buy any. And of course the bartender was fun and efficient. That man can shake a margarita in the middle of choppy water.

We really enjoyed our tour! We had been seeing whales from our hotel so we were hopeful we would have a fruitful tour. Eric was great and found us a whale that we saw jump for easily 20-30 minutes. We also saw a mom whale, her baby, and a “nanny” female whale together and it was incredible to watch!

I thought the actual whale watching was terrific. However the promised shuttle from our hotel to the marina never arrived. We had to spend $60 for a taxi to get to the marina on time. Very disappointed about this. I would expect Viator to compensate us for the obvious neglect.
On the brighter side the crew on the whale watching was excellent. A lot of cun.

I was looking forward to this tour and booked it due to its inclusion of transportation. About 24 hours after booking, I received a message through Viator asking for my pickup details and then…silence. I attempted to reach out to the operator via both of their phone numbers and Viator and they were not responsive. At 3 hours before the tour was scheduled I reached out to Viator to find out what happened and learned that they could not get ahold of the operator as well and tried to cancel the excursion and rebooked with a different operator. At 2 hours before the excursion the operator reached out to Viator to confirm the booking and transportation details which detracted from the experience due to the anxiety of trying to book a new tour and cancelling due to this experience. The front office staff needs better coordination and communication when it comes to organizing things

We were not able to go on this tour. We were notified 20 minutes after the shuttle was supposed to arrive that they were unable to pick us up. We took a taxi to the marina. I tried to follow the rest of the instructions received via text, but it became increasingly scary and unsafe. Additionally, when we were finally notified of the tour operator, the boat was not luxury, but actually just a dinghy.

Great job by the crew - nice balance of engagement and letting us do our own thing. We’ve done other whale watching cruises and I really enjoyed this one - smaller boat and crowd (but still big enough boat). It was like being on a friend’s boat. Great experience!

This was a highlight of our vacation! I think we had maybe 10 people (16 is the max) on a catamaran that first took us to the famous arch and beaches and then went in search of whales.
It was end of season (no more whale tours after April 15) so we had a 50/50 chance or less of seeing anything, but we lucked out. A humpback mama, baby, and a third “escort” whale graced us with their antics for over an hour.
This company picked us up (they offer some resort pickups, depending on location) which was very convenient. A crew of 3 were very accommodating and helpful. We were offered a cocktail (limited choices), beer, or soda along with a small bowlful of mixed pretzels and nuts. They quickly pointed out what to look for and what we were seeing.

100 STARS! Excellent tour that exceeded all expectations! There were only 4 of us total on the 1 pm sailing. The catamaran is gorgeous and clean with 2 separate restrooms for men and women. The staff from checkin to onboard were all wonderful and kept everyone happy with full beverages from the well equipped bar. The music was fun that played on the sail out but was turned off when we spotted whales which was perfect. We did see a momma and calf many many times and later a single adult. It was well worth the price.

This was a great experience. The whales were putting on a great show right near the arch and Pelican Rock. The captain and deckhand were awesome and entertaining. We would definitely go on this excursion again.

This is not worth $95 a person! It says open bar and they never offered us anything but mini water bottles, canned soda and cheap canned beer. The tour guide didn't say anything useful and they didn't get us close to whales at all. The other tour boats went right up to them when spotted and we always delayed and stayed far back. The photographer was horrible and my phone got better pictures. The boat wasn't very nice either. Overall a huge waste of money. For $10 we could've gone on a small speed boat and been right next to whales.

Great experience. We ended up as the only two people on the boat - a 40' cat. Saw lots of whales and also very relaxing. Did the ame tour last year (more than the two of us!) and enjoyed it so we came back. It did not disappoint the 2nd year.
