    If you have confirmed transportation, please be at the Lobby 15 minutes prior to your pick up time. Driver will be wearing khaki slacks, white polo. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes. Your exact pick-up time will be shared after booking confirmation. If you are making your own way to the dock, please be at our check-in desk at least 20 minutes prior to departure. Pez Gato Check-in desk is located in Gali Plaza (local 39) across from the entrance to the Hotel Sandos Finisterra.

    Poor communication on the companies tour operator cost over $1,100 and lost over $1,100

    The tour operators will come to your resort with signs they will not call out your name and then they will leave you. Please do not book with this company book directly through your resort. I had a group of 10 everyone was standing outside starting at about 355 pick up time was 425. They said the operator was on time didn’t see my entire group of 10 people took nine more people that were just standing out there and left, I am now trying to seek a refund which I probably will not get, but I don’t care if I have to go all the way to small claims court I’m gonna do it, as it is the principle of the matter

However, we’d like to clarify that your reservation was part of the same group as Amber and Bobby_T, who already left a review regarding this same incident. It’s disappointing to see multiple reviews aiming to harm our reputation when the facts are clear. Our records, phone call logs, and WhatsApp messages show that your group was running late, and you repeatedly confirmed this while our driver was already at the resort. As clearly stated in your confirmation, guests must be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before pick-up. Out of respect for the other guests who were on time, the driver could only wait a few extra minutes before departing. We even offered to reschedule your tour free of charge, which you declined. As per our policy, no refunds are offered for late arrivals or no-shows. We’ve proudly operated for over 10 years with thousands of happy guests, and it’s unfair to discredit our service due to a situation caused by a delay on your end.     Our driver never came to pick us up. We would like a refund. This is likely a scam. We waited in the lobby for an hour and arrived 30 minutes prior to pick up time. Please don’t book with them for this excursion.

It’s unfortunate that you’re trying to damage the reputation of a legitimate local company that’s been serving happy guests for over 10 years. According to our clear meeting instructions—which you received in advance—guests must be at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before pickup. Our driver was there on time and waited a few minutes, but out of respect for the rest of the group who were on time, the tour had to depart as scheduled. We also offered you a chance to reschedule free of charge, which you declined. Calling our company a “scam” because you were late is simply not fair. No refunds are offered for late arrivals or no-shows, as stated in our policy.     The boat left us cause the service provided to pick me up did not come to the hotel to p9ck me up . They said they came but they left our entire party

When your party missed the shuttle, we offered to reschedule your tour at no extra cost, but unfortunately, this option was declined. As stated in our policy, we’re unable to offer refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. We hope you’ll give us another chance in the future to provide the great experience we’re known for.     The PezGato crew was amazing. Alejandro the captain got us there and back safely. Ivan was a great host he kept the party going, some people were slow to warm , but his energy got everyone up and dancing. Saul was an excellent bartender and had great energy also. Jesus took great pictures of our group. Everyone was friendly, and it was a great way to celebrate my birthday! The views were amazing, I would definitely do this again with this company. Hopefully with a crew just as great.
