1. Arrived 1 hr earlier at 8:30 and expected us to be ready in 20 minutes.
2. Added boat tour not on Viator Itinerary. Getting to the boat we were not with guide and directions were not clear and we did not feel safe.
3. Glass factory was nice
4. Description of taste local q cuisine was non existent.
5. Time for shopping was taking us to places that were pre-determined and resulted in commission opportunities for
Tour company.
This was nothing like my prior experiences.
Tour description is not what you get.

We apologize if there was a bit of a confusion on the pick up time, checking in our record we see that the time of pick up was coordinated the night before.
The boat tour to visit the famous arch has always been on our itinerary since this visit is a must for all touris.
The glass blowing factory it’s a great place for tourist to visit.
Normally all our customers are fascinated with our local cuisine, Love to get more feedback on your experience so if there’s any opportunity to be better or to improve.
Time for local shopping it’s always pre-determined because these places are the most common, close to the marina and walking distance to each other.
if it happens to be that you are repeated a guest to this beautiful Cabo! we would love to get a second opportunity to take you out and give you a more private tour of our local cuisine.

We had a wonderful day exploring Cabo San Lucas with our guide, Eric. Eric made sure we did and saw everything we wanted to! We thoroughly enjoyed the glass blowing factory! Highly recommend this tour!

Glass factory, baloat experience and town tour all good. Boat bottom not all glass. Only 2 spots. Liked the fact photographer took photos of us with our own camera but then also took professional ones for you to purchase. Tequila samples were good and lunch was also good.

We had the best time. Tony was so enjoyable. It was just the two of us so we had extra special personal care. The boat ride was phenomenal. The glass blowing was educational and interesting. We bought some things to be special made for us. Highly recommend this tour.

Cool family trip, very friendly staff. Got to see them make glass, took a trip out on the water for 45 minutes, went to a restaurant and did tequila tasting.
